This song really blessed me tonight. I just had my first major spiritually encouraging day since my dad died suddenly about 7 months ago. I was talking with a friend from my GriefShare class who was instrumental with the spiritual encouragement, and there were quite a few ways that I could see God working in the circumstances and my interactions with her throughout the day. We were talking outside in the cold weather for quite some time, and while we were talking it started to rain. After we said goodbye and I started to drive home, even though I was really cold and trying to warm up, I felt so blessed and was genuinely happy, a feeling that I haven't been feeling very much lately. Earlier in the day I had tuned in to a different Christian radio station than my usual one, so my radio was still on that station. Soon after I started driving this song came on the radio, which I've only heard on the radio a few times before, and it played for the majority of my short drive home. I finally was starting to feel like my feet were getting back to being on the Rock, so the fact that this song played right during this time was so amazing. I couldn't stop smiling while I was driving home and singing along with this song. And the fact that it talks about letting the waters come and dancing in the rain is really cool since it had started to rain while I was outside talking. Thank you for this song, and I'm thankful that God used it to bless me tonight.

I love this song so much. It always make me smile and sing along. My church choir recorded it last year for a CD project and we’ve sung it in church many times. They even taught it to our children’s choir and made up choreography to go with it. Those kiddoes totally rock this song!
