After Governor's visit, post poll violence has been diminished.. it was much needed for the victim families..

Governor might have visited the area to obtain a first hand assessment as to whether the constitutional machinery is functioning effectively to limit further violence or in the contrary to recommend for President's Rule.

After all, constitution are made for people and people are not made for constitution. These things have also understand by constituent assembly that's why constituent assembly given the discretionary power to governor. Because everything can't be write in constitution. In my understanding ' discretionary power ' given to the governor only for safety and security of people and country. Otherwise why constituent assembly will give the discretionary power to the governor.

Governor is like the president of a state, therefore he supercedes any law or hirerchy, present in any state.

SIr, as per as i know there used to be no post poll violence in UP, Bihar . Yes there is violence but people are not killed , raped for not voting for any specific political party in a scale that has happened in West Bengal.

Hi..Sir....Can you tell us..... Why covaxine is not approved by WHO?.... Because it works better than covishield... If person take a first dose of covishield then he attend 33% immunity on B. 1.617 varient and after 2nd dose About 90% After 3 month due to new rule..... Hence we think that covaxine is better... All Indians may also thought like that who knows more about vaccines..... Why covaxine is not approved by WHO?..

How would governor request for president rule if he doesn't know the actual situation on the ground? By sitting in office or asking the council of ministers or watching in news channels or asking the situation from the police? Can anyone answer me this?
