Why do ppl think that if they don't win, they can try again in another court? Once a verdict has been rendered, that's it. You can't keep taking someone to court over the same thing whenever you want. That's why you get your proof and evidence for the first one.

Police refused to let him file a complaint? I could believe that for 20 bucks, but $2,400 is a large sum of money. They would at least go talk to the defendant. Not taking the report suggests the police know this guy well, and had good reason to think it was a bogus accusation. It only took a few sentences from him for most people to realize that he lives in an alternate reality to the rest of us.

the problem with room rentals is that most people who are renting out a room never check credit like other type rentals do and never report people that dont pay rent like a property mgt company would , so these serial room renters can go from room to room and nobody every checks their credit history and nothing is ever reported to their credit history either . its the perfect situation for nut cases to find rooms to rent .
