You can use that for every one of her robots.
It works great with children who aren't old enough to cut carrots themselves, leave it in their room for a healthy snack!

Maybe adding a way to hold the carrots and a engine moving slowly one side to the other, reducing the travel of the knifes a bit since as sound have enough torque to cut. Well done Simone and watch your fingers

That's awesome, but have you considered fitting a safety cage to it (well, the cage could also contain the food...) and maybe having a chute that feeds the machine.....
How many times did you time the action before being confident you could put the carrots in after turning it on without looking? A couple seconds longer putting those carrots in and your hands would be a mess.
Hmmm maybe you just have to put some tools on both sides🤔
for example, on one side you can put something to hold the carrot down so it won’t be stuck on the knife, and on the other side something to push the carrot forward slowly so you can get similar pieces!
*English is not my first language but I hope that you find my suggestion clear and helpful

I think the end of the blade needs to be touching a cutting board, and the back of the blade more towards the handle needs to go up and down (like a human cuts carrots) which could reduce risk of bad things happening with flying knifes, and maybe have something to hold them in place would be nice :)
The best part is the slow, ominous raising of the blades before it just goes hog-wild.
From the moment I saw those Knives... I knew things would get 'Dicey'
Now you only need another machine to feed the carrots evenly and keep them in check as they are being chopped ... and you'll never have to chop a vegetable in your life again.
