Any racing game gets boring after you beat everything important. If anything this makes the game more fun because you can buy and test more cars without having to spend hours repeating the same stuff with no new reward
it's a legit method for those who don't wanna use glitches, although i wouldn't be doing this if i wanted legit money, auction house is always the best place to make millions in a matter of minutes
