These ‘keeping it real’ videos are probably my favorite kind! I think we can all can relate to days like these. Mornings in the garden are my favorite, too. I find it is during these peaceful hours of awakening when the garden speaks to my soul with clarity. It reminds me of my favorite sign I have in my garden that reads “And into the garden I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.” 💚

I can’t believe how much you have accomplished in such a short time. If you are sick you should take care of yourself. You have plenty of time to do your garden. Your health and the health of your family comes first. We appreciate all that you do to entertain us. Thank you so much.
I just went out and filled my fountain and watered by flowers, it’s 8:40 am in Florida so nice and cool. Yes it’s Gods creation to rejuvenate us. You don’t need makeup your young and pretty.
It’s such a dichotomy when you love your garden/gardening but it also gives you revenue. When you’re under the weather, you feel the need to be out there but feel crummy and feel the responsibility to make videos for your business. So you get out there, persevere, to find the absolute joy and comfort your garden gives you. Sit in a chair. Breathe it in. Heal. Don’t worry about us/your fans, we’re all-in with you and look forward to seeing you succeed. What you have done in a short time is amazing. Enjoy it!

I'm the same as far as feeding my soul. First thing in the morning, watching the world wake up, the birds, that one stray insect that found it's way to your back porch, the quiet.
Fave part of this video hands down, when you zoomed in on the little leaves starting to turn orange on the tree in the backyard! I get just as excited when all the colours start to show! 🍂
Gardening & my TH-cam gardeners have fed my soul since I became obsessed during Covid. It's almost the first thing I do in the morning. Grab my coffee and take a tour of my yard.....then watch your video! Please let your body heal as Covid will make you tired for awhile. Take care of yourself....we will be here!

I totally agree about gardening feeding the soul. I was asked by my daughter just yesterday “mom, why do you like gardening besides the pretty flowers?” I responded, “it’s feels good to be in nature”. 🙂 She helped me move my denim and lace to a new location and was so careful. Thanks for showing us your garden today. Loving the progress, but take your time. ❤❤
I’ve been under the weather too… It might sound strange but, put your bare feet in the dirt and absorb that sunlight! 😊we have a couple of pistache trees in our town and they are starting to change! I only know what they are because of you

Janey, you are beautiful inside and out, with or without makeup, and we love you because you are such a genuine person. Take all the time you need to rest and recover. I totally understand what you said about your garden feeds your soul. When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune issue a year ago, I wandered out to my garden and just "toodled around," making plans for the future, and doing tiny little things that I felt up to. In that moment I recognized that my imperfect garden, a work in progress, could help heal me, and it continues to do so. Let your garden heal you, and let others help you in the garden. 💐

Hey Janey, you actually look cute and fresh like this. Take it easy out there, I know how hard it is to stay away from the garden when your mind is buzzing with all the things you want to do. And yaaaay, everyone could use an Isaac every once in a while.

Janey, everything is looking great. May I suggest a temporary aesthetic fix. I would get someone to come and cut a clean line of your driveway asphalt at the gardens. It would look sooo much better and give you a clean definition between the two until you decide on an edging.
I feel the same way in the mornings. My problem is I’ll go out in my pjs and then I lose track of time gardening. I can’t seem to just sit in the garden bc I’ll see this thing and then that thing that needs to be done. Being outside is so good for getting better. ❤

Janey I understand completely the garden feeds your soul. It is a healing space. I have a smaller garden so I don't have a drip system but I like learning about it so when I move I will have it installed to make my life easier. With a lot your size, hand watering must be a full day thing! I do hope you continue to feel better, listen to your body and do what makes you happy.

My husband and I built a small farm over thirty years ago and did all the work ourselves with our children. I loved every minute but wish I had filmed some of our projects. You keep going girl💕💕💕💕

Good morning Janey. Excellent idea to use your cart for all the irritation supplies. You can just roll it to where you need it. I have a cart exactly like yours that I use for the garden. Got it at the Goodwill totally brand new and on a holiday special for $27 dollars! One of my best buys ever! Take care!

You are young and beautiful just the way you are. My mother always said nothing is better for the soul then working in the dirt and I agree. The garden really does feed my soul. Get the rest you need to recover and feed your soul when you can.

You look fabulous with or without your makeup. You should get some raised bed hoops. They are made to hold up row covers just check that they fit the width of your beds. I am glad you are getting better.
