Thank you so much for this great very first impression of Taiwanese hospitality and the introduction of bubble tea :-) It was the start of an unexpected journey in a beautiful country full of friendly people. It was my first visit to Taiwan, but certainly not my last. I see towards for more bubble tea 🤩

@renebauerphotography - FYI, of the roughly close to 24,000,000 Taiwanese, there are around 35% of the population who are Buddhist in Taiwan, making 35% of Taiwan’s population to be Vegetarians.
台灣是素食者的王國，因為台灣宗教林立，台灣也推動減碳綠化的活動，所以素食餐廳、素食遍地台灣各縣市鄉鎮。
真的 夜市比較少看到
The reason I wanted to visit Taiwan was because I have heard that it has so many vegetarian restaurants everywhere. I hope it is true.

建議去板橋的餐廳，果然匯
非常多樣的素食，可以吃的非常輕鬆
而且價格不會太貴
也要先預約，才不會等候太久😅

可以帶這位素食的朋友，去吃素食自助餐喔。如：果然滙，都是吃到飽的buffet。（台北有好幾家，這類型的素食buffet）
士林夜市，也有專賣素食豆干的小攤子（原陽明戲院那一帶、加油站的對面）...豆干種類很多，我很喜歡。

台灣也有素食小型流動夜市 巡迴全台，網路搜尋一下素食或是蔬食 可找到不少 素食餐廳 或 店面

Lifeintaiwan - Uncle Allan from the UK recently made a video about eating vegetarian. Actually, there are many vegetarian restaurants in Taiwan, but most of them don't appear in night markets.

Those fish tanks are actually for catching fish that you can take home and keep in your aquarium, but you have to pay for them. This game originated from Japan's goldfish scooping (金魚すくい). In some night markets in Taiwan, you can even catch turtles.

Taiwan can be said to be a paradise for vegetarians. There are only vegetarian options you can't think of, and there's nothing that you can't find.

不是每個人都喜歡人潮擁擠的夜市， 到一般餐館舒適的環境進餐就好，尤其素食自助餐、麵館很多。較了解當地的環境文化後再去一些特色景點比較適當。

夜市比較少素食….台灣要找素食並不困難
台北有素食餐廳米其林 或是素食港式茶點 等餐廳都在台北
饒河街夜市也有素食滷味 地瓜球 其實還是有素食可吃 ，看他們有沒先做功課 帶朋友去吃
夜市真的比較少 我們沒有先問朋友是否素食
I can’t believe you don’t know that Taiwan is a vegetarian paradise. Hope yours guest did get to enjoy some vegetarian food during his stay.

If we told Rene, "pearl milk tea" instead of "pearl bubble tea", I guess he wouldn't expect some "gas" from the tea. Next time when Rene visits Taiwan, please take him to some vegetarian restaurants. There are many of them in Taipei, Tao Yuan, .... Thanks for sharing this interesting video.

台灣素食餐廳的密度比印度高，就算普通咖啡廳也會被有有一兩道素食簡餐方便民眾

要喝珍奶 不需要到夜市，街上到處都有
