Forsaken Miner loops with Rakdos, and phyrexian altar. If you sacrifice the miner for a black mana Rakdos triggers and you can target an opponents library. You have now committed a crime and you can use the floating black to reanimate the forsaken miner and repeat.
The new Mh3 zombie Warren Soul Trader lets you remove opponents' libraries from the grave with Grave Crawler or Nether Traitor or Forsaken Miner. Last two also go through ROL. As long as the commander is out. Pretty sure that works.

Gravecrawler is a headscratcher. I get it can loop with phaltar but it’s going to be a PITA to get rolling. I swear we just got another looper in MH3 but I’m blanking.
@@cedhtv I remenber that before you had guests doing deck tech videos and liked it, probably I watched around 90% of those videos. But the actual deck tech are more technical, they are pretty good, but sometimes I just like to watch a simple deck tech video explaining each card, sinergy, etc...
You keep saying "draw cards" with Rakdos triggered ability. This is incorrect - you are exiling them. They do not go to your hand at all, as that could allow for manipulating and cheating. To exile an object is to put it into the exile zone from whatever zone it's currently in.

As someone who's had some success with the deck recently, very cool to see a tech on it! Hoping MH3 takes it to the next level

You have to pay a life per card exiled so you need to find a blood artist effect first.

Yeah it brings some casual stuff into cEDH in a good way. I really like that. But it is actully good too.

chthonian nightmare and warren soultrader contribute to these types of loops, but i dont believe mh3 intrduced a replacement for gravecrawler

You might be thinking of Forsaken Miner from thunder junction, which loops with phalter as well
