@@princesslupi4136 I haven't been around much as beloved was working over Christmas and managed to get a chest infection for New Year. Then we had his mum over to stay for a few days. She returned home on Friday so things are just getting back to normal here. Glad to see that you have escaped the most extreme weather. Take care. 😀💕

@@raindancer6111 Hi Rain, sorry for the delay. We didn't get hit as hard as many others did. The amount of areas that had to be evacuated. So many homes and families will trying to put the pieces together. I stayed in and crocheted. I finished the sneakers that goes with sports sweater and beanie cap. We are on baby watch. We think the baby will becoming sooner than originally anticipated according to the Dr. 😊💕

I missed 3 of the 31 questions. Pulling some answers out of the deepest recesses of my grey matter. I missed number seven only because I couldn't count fast enough. 😒

How could white have 20 options to move ? Please explain !
I'm not sure if you are familiar with chess. You have 8 pawns, A through H. If you choose to move the A pawn as your first move, you may move it forward one space, or two spaces. That is two options for the A pawn. You have the same two options for the other 7 pawns for a total of 16 pawn move options. You have 2 knights and as your first move, each knight has 2 possible landing spaces for a total of 4 knight options. That is a total of 20.

Why did you stop reading the questions? I listen to the quizzes when doing housework or cooking. There are a ton of TH-cam channels that don't read their questions and I can watch any of them. Why should I choose you over them? If any of you like having the questions read to you, you should check out the Roadtripvia channel.
Hi Roseann. I have a full time job and a family and I simply haven't got the time any more to add my voice. I don't think you should choose my videos over any others. I make videos and I put them here for free for anyone to watch. I'm sure that many people would prefer to watch other videos on other channels and that's exactly how it should be 😊

Got them all wrong..
The chess question for # 8 was ambiguous with the specific wording that was used. The "options" that white has for its first move could have easily referred to the actual number of the physical pieces that could legally move on the opening play of the game ("piece" options, and not "move" options) for either white or black (in this case only 10: 8 pawns & 2 knights out of the initial 16 starting pieces for each side) in addition to the possible number of opening moves that each of those 10 pieces can make, which in this case would be 2 moves per piece, or 20 different moves in total which was listed as the correct answer. Ergo, the word "options" should have been replaced with the term "legal" or "available" MOVES, otherwise you could easily argue that "10" was also a correct answer in addition to "20". Just my two cents from somebody who has been playing chess professionally and for fun for the past 50+ years.
Other than that, I'll confess I did lousy again. Maybe about only a third of the other questions - although there were about 5 or 6 I got wrong where I had it narrowed specifically down to 2 and still missed.
