I have a question about the filtering - when I click the filter button, all options are selected in blue, it doesn't have an 'All' in the drop down, but it does say clear filters which is greyed out when everything is selected. So I have to click an item to unselect it, then I have to click unselect all to then go back and highlight the filtered view I want to see. Which btw gives me no value. Do you have any tips on how to make this work / make this simpler?
@Teacher's Tech or anyone else who may know: where is the "Auto Pick" feature on the Calendar when scheduling an event/meeting with multiple attendees? The previous Outlook version offered this and multiple options to review attendees' calendar with Auto Pick. Example: it would allow selection of "Required Attendees" or "Required Attendees + Optional Attendees"

I used it all the time in the previous version and now it is gone. It seems different instances have different functionality. So frustrating, why does Microsoft do this to us?

Excellent set of tips! These are all great. But I'm trying to add my Tripit calendar URL as an additional calendar. I thought it should work as a subscription with the URL to the ICS, but I always get the result: "Couldn't import calendar. Try again later." Any suggestions?

Great video! It'd be great to have more insights about how to handle several accounts within the New Outlook,. For me it's being a bit of a nightmare, getting a lot of errors when sending emails or when trying to move one item in the calendar to another date... or even got mixed up the "From" email address when sending a new email... Is it that MS still needs to polish the new Outlook experience or is it just my particular setup
Hello i have a question about sharing, I created a calendar for my office I can't add anymore people to it , there's new people that need to be added often. the purpose is for events and booking board rooms . my tool bar has a share section but theres just print option. Wow!! I love your booking function as I am now looking after so many countries and I don’t want to open my calendar to everyone and I lose control of my own calendar. With this function I can pre-open some timeslot. Can’t wait until Monday I can upgrade my outlook to New to try that calendar function! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
So…. I’m having a hard time finding how I can easily transfer meetings to a new calendar so that I can share them and remove them from my main calendar. These are meetings that I was invited to, I am not usually the creator (though some of them were created by me). The only way I’ve found to do this is to go one by one and duplicate the events, remove the invite list (or else an email will go out emailing everyone again), and change the calendar when in the duplication menu. It’s super tedious. Is there an easier way?

My calendar does not have the same options as yours, this was extremely confusing not seeing what you see
Are you using the new outlook? I was still on the old one. There is a button on the top right hand side to switch to the new one.
