A lot of trains in Cambodia are strong they can handle a lot of passenger and freight easily

Cambodia must have had a formidable railway once over, most of the filming shows remnants of old siding frames. Does anyone know if this is metre gauge?
It is metre gauge and there are still some old steam engines in Phnom Penh depot, one of which is in good working order
