no, steam auto-saves all of your data to something in your device, idk how but it manages to save everything, your cosmetics dont transfer from different accounts, but if you got banned on a main you'll still have them when you log back in to the main. It has been working for me for years, as long as you have enough accounts, and try not to get reported.

and btw, this is the only way. if you try to use the same steam account, you will end up with a harsher ban than you had, because you tried to evade. gorilla tag can't do that if you change steam accs and do the stuff in the video
