When i lived in Africa similar life to this one i thought its hard life and misfortune but after i arrived Europe lived many places like United kingdom and republic of Ireland and Germany i come to realise this type of village life is absolutely happy life beautiful nature..its healthy.. free stress ...
If you really want to experience hard life
Life of full depression and anxiety faithless and immoral come to what they call rich countries such Iceland ..Ireland ..Switzerland so on where u could rent one bedroom studio up to €1500 if only you can find one
Then battle with all the headache bills after one another gas..electric..food painful tax so on after all u left with nothing but depression and fed up in life trust me good life is in poor countries not rich countries
I am now planning to restart my old life and purify my soul
I wouldn't call myself poor if I was living in the region like this that natural beauty surrounded me.
The way man was suppose to live! I know its tough but they actually live! Are present and seem happy!
I visited Nepal about 20 years ago and absolutely loved it. The people are the nicest and most generous people i have ever met. Gorgeous scenery and amazing people. A hard but simple life but the people seemed really happy . Opened my eyes a lot on that hike up the moutain. My best experience abroad. Love Nepal and its people. Blessings to you all

Within five minutes of watching this I felt transported to that place. It was as if I could smell the grass, the cattle, the river and taste its waters. Best relaxation and peaceful experience ever! It is a simple life and it does entail hard work, but you have time to not hurry. The children grow strong in body with all the exercise they get playing in that terrain. It seemed far, far away from conflict and the ever present internet, from noise and pollution. A veritable taste of heaven on earth.
If you smell cow poo you might not want to drink the water- I’m surrounded by cows , mountains and ponds- drinking water is a bit iffy!

This place is beautiful. I live in the U.S. and we don’t really have anything to compare to this. Maybe Alaska 🤷♀️ I wish for a simpler life. These people are actually very lucky. They live like we are supposed to, at one with nature and not tearing it all up. I hope it stays this way. Thanks for sharing!
Another hypocrite! You say, "I wish for a simpler life". Theres nothing stopping you from living like that. Start by getting rid of all electronic devices, automobiles, cell phones, computers, microwave ovens, indoor plumbing, toilet paper. You would also lose modern health care. No urgent care and hospitals hundreds of miles away. No? Then stfu!

To be honest Zoey, you only admire this for about a month...after that you will get bored. Yes it's simple live, natural etc but these people wanted to get out this life. They wanted better education access, well equipped clinics or hospitals, electric but can't afford. I know this because I came from this kind of environment. I'm lucky I'm able to live in mega city like London and Paris and I can tell you as much as I love this mountain village, I prefer to live in city for the future of my son...but that's only my experience,others might HV different view
I’ve had the honour of visiting Nepal twice. I love your country and people so much. So many fond memories. I met one elderly gentleman up a mountain. He asked where I was from. I said “England, Sir. Very far from home.”
He replied “no, no. I am Gurkha. Nepal is your home too.” It was a touching moment. I cherish it, and many others dearly.

This is one of the most peaceful and wonderful life ever. No air pollution, noises are nature and people around you which are harmless in fact soothing. Life is laid back, very healthy and calming environment. You get so much energy from nature, including fresh air and food, for example. Its a heaven for people who want to escape their daily life. Its really beautiful ❤

Wish i could stay there for good, no noise, no pollution, no stress in life. Love quite place.
I was privy to this way of life as a child . Its not poverty at all . There was PLENTY OF FOOD by farming , foraging , fishing , raising animals , agriculture . People are peaceable, neighborly , affectionate . My father was a an addicted gambler , mother pregnant yearly and stood by did nothing while he vented his rage on us. Decades later , my broken bones in my spine is disabling me and the trauma from the beatings ruined my kidneys.
My life in those mountains in the Philippines tho very short , were my bright respite from child abuse, hunger and malnutrition. They are rich in my estimation.
I am sorry for what you have suffered and hope that you are able to get into healing nature as often as possible

@Primitive Math Everything has a cost !! If you live in the city or a township, you must pay the cost of very high apartments or a home. Then you have the crime that happens hourly/daily. Then there’s the awful traffic and congestion. Then there’s the high prices for the basic necessities. If I were younger (I’m 67), I would gladly live in such a place like this.
@Primitive Math I do believe you and I am a white Canadian. The video speaks for itself. The country is beautiful and I would like to visit G_d willing of course and talk about Jesus to them about being saved. The Byron fellow is a white person obviously and he probably has access to free medicare, welfare if needed and public transportation and education and Mcdonalds. .People like him will live there a few days and then want to return home because it is a hard life once he actually experiences it. His first complaint will be no running water, electricity, internet or friends. Lord Jesus provides for the Nepali people.

When did you last hear of anybody dying of appendicitis because there was no way on earth they could reach a hospital. For you basic necessities are a high price but they are available. It is 45 years since I last visited and I can plainly see that those remaining in the mountain villages are mostly old, the young have moved out. Have a happy day and count your blessings.

I know what it is like to live in the remotest part of a country where the barest necessities are miles away called the Philippines. And yes, there are those who leave it (in the thousands) for the a more “glamorous “ life in the city. And when they get there, what awaits them are the slums ! !

This is not a hard life, this is a beauty of life, as to this people are living in a place where there is no industrial pollutions, human noise pollutions an so on. A place you can find a peace where the nature has given to them. I feel happy to them and look at them one of the lucky people in this world...

You CAN! But you choose not to. That makes you a hypocrite. Dont say things you dont mean. It takes few resources to be poor and use tools from the 8th century. If you believe this is a wonderful life, then why dont you give up your modern possessions and live in a stick house with no indoor plumbing, dirty water, no electricity.... like I said, hypocrite.

Not true. The rich and super rich can live in luxury and buy and sell anything or most anyone they want. So most of us are just peasant class working slaves. I am surprised America or UK hasn't invaded and wiped them out and stole their land yet. They managed to use brute force over the decades to take most of the planet over. I guess now that China and Russia are buddies. It would not be so easy. We are a military industrial prison complex who loves to spend end less piles of cash on the death machine.

I've been living in the city all my life and this kinds of vid gave me peace. I love it.

You can go to nepal for trekking.there are many trekking places in Nepal like everest base camp trekking,ABE etc.

I live in similar condition too my friend it's hard to live without basic facilities like roads electricity fuel etc .
Other people would be mesmerized by the beautiful scenery but i know how tough everyday life is out there
