What a day! Great bikes and good people from all over came into Red River for the 41st Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally of 2023!
Over the coarse of the day, I made multiple passes and with different angles, trying to make sure I got as many bikes and things going on.
This year was a solid year with lots of familiar faces, good laughs and catching up.

Lived in NM 3 years, went to Red River Run 2000-2001. Really nice. Good memories.
All in takes is a few idiots to ruin things for everyone.
We missed the action by only a few moments. I’ll say this, I always was comfortable bringing my family into town for breakfast and hanging around town for the day looking at everything …. If they choose to bring the event back, I’ll be going back!

I think this rally has the nicest variety of bikes. not just baggers and me too bikes

Hope you weren't stuck in the menudo after the stupid shooting they had. I understand there will be no 42nd RR Rally.
I had not heard that until you said something!
So, I called the city of Red River this morning to verify the claim and it is true. The 41st annual Red River Motorcycle Rally is going to be the last and the final rally ever held in Red River!

Can you give some context and relation to the canceled motorcycle rally? Families may be looking for something new besides Red Rivers “Mayfest in the Mountains” which is replacing the motorcycle rally.
Better without the Harleys
Count the number of Harleys shown, subtract that from total bikes shown, then ask yourself how many folks would have been at the gathering. The answer is not enough to even have a cruise event, much less a need for vendors and hotels sold out.
