I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.

There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.

All the data says the economy is "strong" while:
Starbucks stock fell 20% after reporting a 6% drop in traffic, doordash stock fell 15% after reporting a 21m loss, Netflix stock fell 10% after reporting, CVs Pharmacy stock fell 17% after net income fell by 50% and EBay stock fell 5% after reporting a weaker guidance.
Is the economy really that strong?
Something is not right, Inflation gives the illusion of growth. Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments during these periods and it is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
The economy and stocks are two different things these days, but i agree, I think it's brilliant to have a portfolio advisor for investing! Before speaking with a licensed portfolio advisor, I was having a terrible time with investing during the pandemic crash in March 2020. I kinda feel like SBUX has that Target vibe going on. 6 months ago, people hated on Target, talking about how it’s overpriced and too “woke”, and 6 months later it’s up 40%. People tend to hate companies until they find the next one to hate. And personally, I don’t drink coffee, and I never go to Starbucks, so it really may suck and I am none the wiser. 😂
Great points. Same things happened to META with their metaverse and Google, with their AI being too woke as well. I missed with META, but I jumped on google, when it hit $133.
I never drank coffee all my life till around age 40, I tried Starbucks.. . And have been drinking it 2 to 4 times a week every week for the last 10 years.

Go do a comparison between dutch brothers and starbucks with customers inline and see what they prefer in which one is the better value. I can't do that because i'm living in the philippines now and they only have starbucks and another place called bo's coffee.

Starbucks here in Canada has the worst food ever and it’s overpriced if they can fix the food situation sales with skyrocket because they’re missing out on a bunch of people that are looking for a coffee and breakfast in the morning I know so many people that don’t go there because of that
Compare SOFI with NU, extremely similar business model, different markets. There’s also Revolut, but then is a private company.

One thing I noticed is that in the west coast, there's a coffee shop called Tierra Mia Coffee which is a Latin inspired coffee. They have about 20+ locations in California and seem to get just as much business as Starbucks, if not more. Would be dangerous for Starbucks if they expand. I'd imagine it would be the same for Dutch Bros.

I was sure last year would end terrible for me but I think AWMKPX is spot on with what they do and how they do it. Cant say for how long its going to work and for sure it is overyhped right now but even if just half a year or something it would be smart to ride the wave and then jump away eventually, but the reason why this is smart right now is because its so cheap, wont ever find a better entry than now
Who needs a bank when your brokerage can do everything? Savings, checking, ATM, loans, direct deposit, bill pay, stocks, bonds, options, CDs, etc. Schwab and Fidelity do it all. I dumped my bank a decade ago.
All those brokerage use banks to give you those services lol. You just don't read the fine print😅. Sofi, can do all that stuff with it's own capabilities and save way more money than the others. It's why it's such an attractive stock.
