A good summary my friend. Whilst Alonso must be the happiest driver out there this weekend, Lewis must be seething as a lot of the promise for his big money move to Ferrari was that they were also going to land Adrian Newey, I expect Lewis has gone from looking forward to the chance of finally eclipsing Schumacher's 7 titles to thinking what have I done, but at least I will be even more stinking rich than before.
Alonso might get his 33rd win after all. But it is not just Newey of course. He can design a banger but does he have a team that can deliver that banger. I wouldn't mind seeing Alonso getting a few more wins or even a Championship. As for Baku (and the rest of the season) it will be a difficult one once again for RB and will McLaren finally see the light and stop their self sabotage? I am not so sure. I highly doubt Max will be Champion, I am sure RB will not be WCC. They dropped the ball this year... hard. On one hand I am a bit sad about it but as an F1 fan for so many years I also welcome it. Nobody wants a repeat of the Merc era where other teams don't have a chance for 8 years. (it was 8 right?)
@@mavadelo Norris does not deserve title too many errors if he wins it would be sour champion, Max deserves to be champion for his talent and getting best out of bad package Silverstone fine example.
@@mufcracer8609 I see your point about Norris but tbh it is not just Norris making those mistakes. Things like GIVING the win to Piastri when Lando was on course to win is perhaps one of the most appaling examples, Yes, Lando makes (to many) mistakes but his team and team principal are just as much to blame. I think I have mentioned before that McLaren was one of my favorite teams way before RB entered the sport, they are still one of my top teams. The way Zak (Dutch slang for a_hole btw) Brown is managing that team is ridiculous.

Lewis move will either be hero or zero if he can win title at Ferrari do something Alonso and Seb could not he cements his legacy as Goat
