Don't buy ..Mahagun is no 1 fraud. Mantra has land dues in authority and mahagun is not giving possession. Not completing society amenities, not completing flat even year after full payment
These days, Mahagun is not a builder where you invest your money. I will not recommend you for this project as well.

Both are different segments, Royal City is a high rise property and this is a low rise property. Construction quality is decent and 100% land is paid, Royal City is a high dense project so just because of the Purvanchal brand you can't say this project is never take off.

Noida is not the place where you can find any property below 60 Lakhs. If you find any property which is below 60 Lakhs then you must check the legal issue or the quality of the project.
