Sir mere papa ji ka life certificate maine 2 November ko banwa liya h aur maine sparsh portal me pasword change karke login kiya to status in progress bata raha h to ye complete kab tak hoga please help me sir

So I have to submit my life certificate to the bank. My question is that which PPO number should I use there --- Legacy PPO number like C/GREF/16375XXXX or the 12 digit e-PPO number. Please reply. Login I'd aur password generate karne ke liye, sparsh portal me mobile number update karne ke time bol Raha ha" Aadhar No is not registered of this pensioner, kindly try with security question. Aur jab security question ke sath try kar Raha hu to bol Raha hai incorrect data." Jab Tak aadhar update nahi hog to OTP nahi aayega aur OTP nahi aayega to mobile number registered nahi hoga. Aur mobile no registered nahi hoga to login I'd aur password Kahan se aayega. Sparsh me phone lagaya to unhone bola ki aap apne record office baat Karo apne aadhar update ke liye aur record office me wahan to koi phone nahi utha Raha. I am senior citizen pls help

Logging -in by using given pensioner's name, pass word, capcha etc is of no avail. Personal data has already been updated last year. Sir, meri maa defence family pensioner hai par maa ka adhaar card nahi hai do baar apply Kiya par reject hua sparsh me bhi migration ho gaya PPO bhi mil gaya ab bank me life certificate nahi le rahe ab hum kya kare... please help
