It is a bad stereotype. My partner has a Taurus sun and Libra moon with a Gemini Venus and he is extremely committed and faithful. It really depends on your other placements and everyone is different.
I feel like my cancer sun demands stability but my venus in gemini wants constant stimulation and variety/change doesn't always want the same things because I get bored very quickly and get distracted with other things
omg the part at the end when you said we can view relationships in a detached and logical way and that can make it hard to empathize with your partner...i was so called out! i recently learned this kind of lesson and it was super interesting to hear it articulated so well. thank you always for everything!
I was looking over my husband's & i's chart the other day. I still don't have this memorized. but he rolled his eyes at my aries moon part. He's a virgo. Im a cancer. His venus is Scorpio but mines Gemini. I at least remembered that even as a water sign, he has way more water placements than me. He was excited that we made each other lists for compatibility. & I said I thought u didn't believe in this stuff. Alot of stuff is exact, some not at all. I had to laugh when he listed his conditions... idk. Hes nice when he wants to be
I didn't want to settle down w/anyone until I met my boyfriend & he has Venus in Aquarius. We're very well matched & have a somewhat unconventional relationship. We have been together 7 years now ❤
As someone with a Mercury, Venus and Mars in Gemini; I identify with most of what astrologers say about me. BUT I am SO antisocial and introverted! Literally no friends and I am physically uncomfortable when there’s too much people that I don’t know. Everything else seems to be fairly true from needing mental stimulation to having too many hobbies and craving variety in a relationship. Everything else is very much on point! Thank you for this video :) Loving the astrology videos!!!
As a Venus in Gemini, my need for "variety" has definitely manifested in me having different types of boyfriends and relationships in the early part of my dating life. My first boyfriend was long distance, having met on an online game. I had another online "boyfriend" who was a player. I had a real life boyfriend who was abusive and extremely possessive, and I left him with a restraining order to protect myself. I had another one who was a former classmate in high school who confessed to me and we started dating. That didn't work out, and so I met another one much older than me and he was very spiritual but we both knew we were meant for different paths. The next one I dated was after I had joined the Navy, he was an online businessman but he was quite loud and obnoxious. There was also a situation-ship that just kind of "happened" in a momentary passion. The next one was very sweet, practical, and loyal and handsome, and I realized he is the type of man I want to marry. The only problem was that he was five years younger than me and he got stationed in another state so we had no choice but to decide it wouldn't work out long term. After all those relationships, I have decided what kind of partner I will settle for. I'm more of a Venus in Taurus now in terms of how I choose a love interest and also how I love( I don't need to be stimulated all the time, it's nice to just be together and enjoy each other's company and loyalty). And I do prefer traditional romance; modern dating feels icky and inauthentic to me. But rather, Gemini Venus for me indicates a need to experience different types of relationships before settling for the one that I decided: "That is it. I'm done exploring. I've found the one." But we Geminis still feel the need to be playful and flirty in a committed relationship. We like to act like we are still in the courting phase. It doesn't mean we expect you to do the same, it just means we will always be playful with you :)
Finally a different approach to Venus in Gemini ! I am a Taurus Sun with a Virgo Moon. That matters too. But yeah when I was young I was hell of promiscuous... now at almost 40 ready to settle down with one person.
Bro as a Gemini Venus my go to summary for describing this placement, is simply, intelligence is attractive. share your knowledge with me, write poetry to me and, I might just fall in love
were liking mental stimulation does not equal we’re gonna cheat on you if you don’t match our standards, we’re simply gonna decline. It’s really upsetting me to think that anyone would think that something this shallow as a Venus placement would indicate amount of loyalty??? Don’t forget toooo that there’s the mature manifestation of the sign and it’s placement and the not so mature manifestation
I definitely feel seen. I have a Gemini Venus . Just discovered I’m Bi. I also have a Virgo moon, Taurus sun, and cancer rising/ mars. I have cheated in the past. But have found out what’s up with me that I do that. Which is hahaha going after what I was ‘expected’ to go after. I’m very committed to a fault when I’m finally in a relationship. My Venus also sextile a my Aries mercury rx. Saturn in Aquarius in 8th house. So I didn’t realize any of how true this is for me until my Saturn return
Venus in Gemini here ^^ With our love for good communication, rather than going behind a partners back to cheat, wouldn't it make more sense to just straight up talk with them about maybe considering different types of relationships like open ones, polyamory or exploring different people with your partner together when a Venus in Gemini feels they want something new within the relationship? I really don't get the stereotype of Venus in Gemini being cheaters, when there are so many different types and styles of relationships you can consider and to then say that even in the most open and honest relationship a Gemini would cheat, kind of doesn't make sense to me... If open, good and strong communication is something the Venus in Gemini values most, than a Venus in Gemini cheating should only happen, when they don't feel like they are in a relationship where they can openly communicate. And I mean most relationships fail at communicating openly and clearly with each other. I think if your romantic and communication values align with a Venus in Gemini, there is no way they'd even consider cheating. It's like: Finally a person that can keep up with me, finally a person that understands me, finally a person that is interesting, because they themselves love to learn new things and have vast knowledge and show interest in the things I learn and want to share with them etc... why would I ever let them go? And best case scenario is you can talk about exploring different people/ relationships with them, if you want. But not every Venus in Gemini is going to need/ want more than one person. Like you said, I think it makes a big difference how your Venus placement correlates to your Mars placement (is what you find attractive and what you value also something that excites you?), your moon sign (is what you find attractive and what you value also something that you need to feel emotionally fulfilled) and especially with Venus in Gemini your Mercury sign (when Venus in Gemini is all about loving variety and mental stimulation, how exactly does your brain work? Are you someone, that's more emotional/ stable/ loyal in your communication style or someone that likes playfulness in communication, being able to outwit someone or more inclined to not tell the truth in general, what are you interested in communicating about). I mean house placements are important in this too, but looking at the planets alone you gather a bigger picture of what a Venus sign actually looks like. I myself are a Venus and Mars in Gemini, so I do have the fortune of having what I find attractive also excite me and no problem to know what I want, I have my Moon in Leo, which makes me want to have one person to have a relationship in where we mutually respect each other (and each other's intellect and creativity). If my heart falls in love with someone it is for a reason and doesn't wander. And with my Mercury in Cancer, I talk about my emotional needs and whats going on in my and my partners life. Through my communication I show my partner how much I care about them and if I feel that something is off, I do want to talk about it (in a private setting). I think my Mercury in Cancer makes me even more inclined to have only one partner, because opening up to someone and being emotionally vulnerable is actually quite a huge thing for me and to have to do that with multiple people... never ever, too much work and feels too unsafe. Having nice, creative, long and emotionally stimulating conversations is the most important thing for me and if I have that, there is really no need for me to even consider something/ someone else. And if I don't have that, I'd rather work on it or just not be in that relationship 🤷♀️
True freedom doesn't have conditions on it. If you don't feel free unless you have variety, that is a condition and therefore not true freedom. True freedom is free regardless of what is happening.
You mean Esther Perel. She is amazing!!!! She is the relationship expert who always blows my mind. Her Ted Talk, her podcast, her books, every interview she does - a true blessing ✨
I have been with my husband for 30 years. He was married twice before (He's the Venus in Gemini) and he sure was a cheater back then. He had 2 women pregnant at the same time. He sure strains his neck to look at other women, too. I'm making him sound just awful, but 3rd time was a charm with me I guess. We have spent nearly every day all day together for all these years so I know there's been no cheating. He's a Taurus so he really does enjoy family and cooking. As far as straining to look at women, I laugh at that and even point women out to him. If he's going to cheat, it will be his loss and he knows it. He learned a lot by hurting other women. As long as you learn from your mistakes, that's the most important thing. His kids grew up being crazy about him. I'm a venus in Aquarius so I suppose we both understand the freedom and give each other space even though we are in the same house all day together.
I’m bouta do the double date with them both unsuspecting and neighboring restaurants see how it goes maybe move up to 3 and 4 from there due to mars placement
I have this in my 1st house and inconjunct to my descendant.... I think I have a weird attatchement style lol. Like I want a stable relationship, but at the same time I have a hard time imagining what that would feel like to me
How can Gemini Venus (w/ Cancer Sun, Leo Moon, Virgo Rising and Cancer Mercury) and Scorpio Venus (w/ Virgo Sun, Pisces Moon, Taurus Rising, Libra Mercury) find common ground in their long-term relationship as their basic relationship needs are so different? (We´ve been together for 7 years and have two children together)
This is totally me. I happen to have venus in Gemini CONJUNCT THE SUN CONJUNCT THE NORTH NODE. So it is very me, but at the same time very challenging because my South node is with my ascendant with Uranus, so in this lifetime i have to go from chaos to... chaos? I feel very misunderstood and also because my North Node is conjunct Chiron 🤦. But this video has helped me a lot. I just have to be me... Ps. I am very promiscuous, but not unfaithful. But I feel bad because I never have a boyfriend... Do I even want one? 🤔
You talked about them “not cheating” so much that it’s all this video is practically about which does the opposite of what you’re trying to do and just makes us think about them cheating more. As a Venus in Gemini this is honestly feeling a little tone deaf, with all due respect.
I’m a gemini sun Venus and mercury and I hate that ppl always say that we’re cheaters I’ve never been promiscuous or cheated on anyone
It is a bad stereotype. My partner has a Taurus sun and Libra moon with a Gemini Venus and he is extremely committed and faithful. It really depends on your other placements and everyone is different.
Me too. Gemini sun, venus, and mercury and I am the most loyal partner and friend.
I feel like my cancer sun demands stability but my venus in gemini wants constant stimulation and variety/change doesn't always want the same things because I get bored very quickly and get distracted with other things
Thank you!! I am a Cancer Sun and Venus in Gemini so I feel like there’s a constant battle.
LITERALLY
Feels like that for me too. Sun in cancer Venus in Gemini
Same placement
I’m Venus in Gemini and cancer sun too!! I love TH-cam because it’s like here we are sharing similar placements, I’m/youre never alone🤍💪🏼🦋🙏🏻🌷🤪

Me and my bf are both venus in Gemini and he’s my bff forever. He always responds to my texts in 2 seconds that’s how I knew he was the 1 😍🥰
I didn't want to settle down w/anyone until I met my boyfriend & he has Venus in Aquarius. We're very well matched & have a somewhat unconventional relationship. We have been together 7 years now ❤

u are definately a venus gem thats for sure
@@secondstellium2224 What can I say, doesn't help that my Venus is in my 11th house, so double airy 🤷♀️
I only read the first part but I agree ^^
I am in love with someone with Venus/Mars in Gemini and Mercury in cancer! Wow! That was so helpful. ❤️ I really appreciate ur comment.
Just EVERYTHING in this video. Spot on! so smartttttt
True freedom doesn't have conditions on it. If you don't feel free unless you have variety, that is a condition and therefore not true freedom. True freedom is free regardless of what is happening.
YES
Venus in Aquarius (stellium) who *happens to be curious* about a Venus in Gemini (stellium)... haaah. Wow you totally came in clutch!
Love you Nina!
❤😘🤗⚘
Happy New Year, 2022!
❤
I usually don’t check out other astrologer’s besides Molly McCord but you are really good! Thank you for your time and energy 🙏🕉️💚
YISSSS LETS GO VENUS IN GEM
Venus in Gemini here, I guess my desire for partnership also isn’t much in line with the way I express my sexuality🤷🏾♂️, I like that one. 😂👌🏾
You mean Esther Perel. She is amazing!!!! She is the relationship expert who always blows my mind. Her Ted Talk, her podcast, her books, every interview she does - a true blessing ✨
Such a well rounded video, I resonated with so much of what you said
You being so diplomatic about this roast made it hurt more
3 Venus and Gemini have been 8n my life and all three were disloyal.
omg the gem venus skit is gonna be SO GOOD
I hope so! There's definitely some old party trick astrology sass in this one
we need a mars series!
I have been with my husband for 30 years. He was married twice before (He's the Venus in Gemini) and he sure was a cheater back then. He had 2 women pregnant at the same time. Oh boy this is my chart ruler
Very helpful thanks. I think the 12th house also helps this placement.
Love your spirit 🩷
I don’t have venus in gemini but I always tell people I do
Why? Lol
Yeah why?
Yeah why
I’m bouta do the double date with them both unsuspecting and neighboring restaurants see how it goes maybe move up to 3 and 4 from there due to mars placement
Such a venus in gemini thing to say innit
My ex was a gemini venus and cheated on me :D , sorry for spreading this stereotype around again :D
Your cat is so cute 😂
That was great. Fun hair
I have this in my 1st house and inconjunct to my descendant.... I think I have a weird attatchement style lol. Like I want a stable relationship, but at the same time I have a hard time imagining what that would feel like to me
It’s kinda sucks where I have Venus in Gemini square to mars in Virgo 😅 would you say that my cancer sun and moon help this placement ?
How can Gemini Venus (w/ Cancer Sun, Leo Moon, Virgo Rising and Cancer Mercury) and Scorpio Venus (w/ Virgo Sun, Pisces Moon, Taurus Rising, Libra Mercury) find common ground in their long-term relationship as their basic relationship needs are so different? (We´ve been together for 7 years and have two children together)
Damn I'm Gem Venus and I like both genders 🤣 could this explain it? 🤨
please do mars in virgo nex
This is totally me. I happen to have venus in Gemini CONJUNCT THE SUN CONJUNCT THE NORTH NODE. Ps. I am very promiscuous, but not unfaithful. But I feel bad because I never have a boyfriend... Do I even want one? 🤔
👏🏻👏🏻✨✨
Hmmm what if Venus is retrograde in Gemini in their natal chart 🤔 that’s my partner I don’t think he has the typical Venus in Gemini ha ha
1:58 video strts
You talked about them “not cheating” so much that it’s all this video is practically about which does the opposite of what you’re trying to do and just makes us think about them cheating more. As a Venus in Gemini this is honestly feeling a little tone deaf, with all due respect.
Loving this series !! Do you haaaaave to go in order- Pisces Venus here waiting (im)patiently🤍✨🙃
gotta do them in order so that I can have this build up to saying that pisces is the best venus sign ;)
