Option 1: They several chances to surrender early on and avoid all of this. Option 2: Do you want interesting things to happen in your game or not? Next time I’ll just spend 20 TC on bombing evac.

Yeah that’s likely a MRP vs LRP thing, mass murder is still banned but we only really killed threats and potential threats and let anyone without weapons go
