I really enjoyed this fabulous autumnal vlog Rachel. I love your Fireside blanket, the colours are lovely. I've just got back into reading again too,I fancy the LJ Ross one, I like a hoid detective novel. I also love Nothimberland, Bamburgh in particular, I've been to castle too and it overlooks a really lovely beach. I used to on holiday there a lot with my family when I was young , love it xx
Rachel your blanket is wonderful! That tree is magnificent! We have driven, in a camper van, from western Canada (northern British Columbia) all the way to eastern Canada to visit our Maritime provinces and experience the autumnal colours. There are far more reds in the east and we have not been disappointed. Favourite time of the year!
Fantastic Video Rachael..I just love all your fabric prints 🥰, so so cute! Palace where you volunteer is absolutely stunning, the grounds!....And Tilly adorable ❤️
Loving your blanket. I made several when my children were young, they had them on their beds, also made small ones for Save the Children, but it never occurred to me to vary the size of the squares. You have inspired me to pick up my crochet hook again, your blend of colours is so lovely
Good Morning Rachel good morning Tilly, I so enjoy your vĺogs, beautiful castle amazing content thank you for sharing, have a lovely weekend take care xx
Wow your blanket looks fantastic loving colour combo well done 👍 Thanks for another superb trip into Falkland palace gardens stunningly beautiful This was a true autumn cosy vlog
Just found you on You tube and have subscribed ❤ You make lovely videos with lovely music and I love seeing what you are making and reading. Thank you for your Channel 😊
Thanks so very much Rachael for such a lovely relaxing vlog- I’ve been peeling veggies for a Saturday night roast 😂 and it’s great to have a distraction! I really enjoyed the drive to Falkland Palace and I totally agree with you about that beautiful tree ❤ I think my favourite seasons are Autumn and Spring because we see our deciduous trees change. It’s Spring time here and I’m super excited to see all our trees come back to life- we have fruit trees and some gorgeous Japanese maples- so pretty 🤩 plus for the first time I have a gorgeous Weeping Cherry which my work colleagues gave me when I retired from teaching at the end of last year- I can see it from my kitchen window- makes washing up so enjoyable 😊
A really Autumnal vlog 🍁🍂 I enjoy the LJ Ross series of DCI Ryan books, a word of advice though if you like to read series books in order Bamburgh is No 19 and although each story is a stand alone they do reference the main characters lives and could be a spoiler if you subsequently read earlier ones.
You tak such good film footage. I love autumn and remember tattie picking, first thing that had to be bought with the money was winter school coat and shoes🙄
Hi, as a garden volunteer it can literally be any aspect of gardening. This time of year it will include raking leaves, cutting back, pruning, weeding, collecting apples, etc.
Hi Rachael, your blanket is looking lovely, gorgeous colours. If you haven’t read it already, I would highly recommend Lucinda Riley’s The Murders at Fleet House. A brilliant page turner that kept me awake until 3 in the morning because I had to finish it! 😄
So cozy
Love your vlogs and the songs

Ohhhhh 🤦🏼♀️ well that causes a dilemma!
@@SewraymeUk sorry, but had a feeling you had mentioned that you liked to read books in order 😒😕....you will have to check out your local library 😉 xx
Thank you, I’d rather know! Wow how long is it going to take me to read the 18 before it 🤣
❤❤lovely catch up,,,,🎉
ELAINE 🏠💗
I've read all the LJ Ross books and loved them - they're all based in Northumberland and have a great cast of characters. Enjoy!
Oh they sound great. I was wondering what I’d get into next, maybe I’ve just stumbled upon the answer 😀
You tak such good film footage. I love autumn and remember tattie picking, first thing that had to be bought with the money was winter school coat and shoes🙄
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoy 💝
I’m sorry if you’ve mentioned this in another video, I’ve only recently joined you. I’m curious what your volunteer job entails.
Hi, as a garden volunteer it can literally be any aspect of gardening. This time of year it will include raking leaves, cutting back, pruning, weeding, collecting apples, etc.
i love the fabrics with the potion, cauldron, and book of spell do you sell it ? if not, do you have the name of it pleaseeee ?
It’s a Lewis & Irene fabric. I’m sure if you google that & ‘Halloween’ you’ll find it ☺️
@@SewraymeUk 💜💜💜thanks soooo much

Thanks, sounds good! I think I’ll try Lucinda Riley’s other books once I’ve finished The Seven Sisters. I hadn’t realised she’d written others.
