- In December 1836, the Parish Priest Fr. Charles Desgenettes at Our Lady of Victories in Paris, received inner messages, asking that he consecrate his troubled parish to the Holy and Immaculate Heart of Mary. He did so and this led to the founding of a Confraternity of Our Lady of Victories, which promoted the idea of intercession through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Many Catholics have gone over to Bible Churches like 7th Day Adventists and Baptists. Yes they love Revelation maybe to much. I dont believe these so called messages or apparitions. Bible is the Word.
