I am using Bhagya skillet regularly and it is absolutely fabulous.
After watching many foreign videos on cast iron making, finally found one made in India. Felt very happy and proud.
Coupel of suggestions -
1) Workers need to be provided with safety gears, that is the point I was dreading to see. In both western and eastern countries, you won't see anyone working without safety gear. Sadly we Indians do not adhere to these basic norms. Even if someone tries to wear, they are mocked by fellow workers which discourages the use.
2) For puttu pan, please increase the height of upper edge wall by at least 2-4 mm, currently I am using, the oil spills out while frying the appams.
3) Make the videos in Hindi and English too. It certainly will fetch more business as well as name. People think cast iron is something new and foreign, but actually it is our traditional alloy for cooking vessels such as our puranpoli tava in Maharashtra.

Excellent product with good quality of work, neatly explained. As we see Dosa or other tawa handle is extended with same material not with other heat resistant material what we see in the current market normally. Will the handle observe heat once the tawa heated with cooking temperature ? If Yes, then what is the solution?
