He’s the control in any given experiment 😂
he's also someone who's always saying he almost did something or he experienced it or he has unbelievable amounts of optimism when it comes to other things so it kinda balances out

Seriously though in the age of social media it's refreshing as hell to see someone go "hell idk 🤷♂️"
I agree. Ocho is too humble to do media. He’s not gonna find like-minded people in that industry who are as humble and well-intentioned as him. Hopefully it goes well for him regardless
$60 Uber is way better than $20,000 fines and fees.

I ruined my life by the time I was 22 with DUIs (3) because I had a massive alcohol problem. North Carolina can and will send you to state prison over them. And they did. I only did 10 months. But 8 years later I’m still paying off those fines. And I have to have them all the way to 0 before I can get my license back. Thankfully I’m 6 years clean now. I’m not a young kid anymore I realize the errors in my ways. At that time I didn’t realize how many opportunities I would miss out on not having a license. I truly hope anyone, but especially young people, that struggle with alcoholism are able to find the help they need before it hurts their life the way I did to myself. I take full responsibility and all I can say is just how grateful I am that I never hurt anybody in my ignorance.

Former DUI Tx Court officer, and In-patient Drug and Alcohol counselor here. ANYBODY can get one DUI - it's the reason most states offer ARD. The first DUI is a mistake, any future DUI's are a choice. If you know you're going out to "party" (getting drunk) plan accordingly PRIOR ( I say prior because attempting to make critical decisions while intoxicated is tough, it's the reason drinking and driving is illegal) to leaving your house (UBER, Car Service, Friend etc.). If you're going out for dinner and drinks (1-3 alcoholic drinks) drink water in between each one and make sure that the number you consume (not doubles or triples - 1 drink = 1 beer, or 1 professionally made mixed drink) matches the number of hours (if you have 3 drinks, don't drive for at least 3 hours) you're NOT behind the wheel of your car after consumption. As a general rule - you can operate a vehicle safely only consuming one "normal" drink per hour.
Any future DUI's (Especially if you haven't even walked off your supervision/Probation from the initial DUI yet) probably means you have a substance abuse issue. People who can take or leave alcohol don't put themselves into the same situations over and over. Especially in Sherman's case, where the first DUI led to a vehicle accident and being arrested. Here in PA 1 DUI is ARD (basically a slap on the wrist) a 2nd in 10 years is 3-6 months in jail and a couple year tail of supervision, and 3+ in 10 years is 1-5 years in State prison with the remaining time on supervision/probation - at least that's what it was when i was in the field. Hope Sherman gets the help he needs before he kills someone or himself. People who drive drunk don't avoid tragedy for very long....sometimes being unlucky is getting a DUI, sometimes it's Vehicular homicide.
BS all DUI are a choice, even the first one
@@123cornflakeman i disagree. If you're someone who doesn't have much experience drinking, it certainly can be a mistake. That's literally the reason ARD is offered for first time offenders. The entire task (outside if the financial penalty) is based on alcohol education. For any subsequent offenses the tasks are all punitive.
Several people (inexperienced drinkers) have no idea how intoxicated they are, or how much alcohol they can consume before becoming intoxicated.
The vast majority of DUI's DO NOT involve vehicle accidents, fatalities, injuries. The marjory also don't include high tier blood alcohol levels.
Most people who recieve a first DUI will never be arrested for DUI again.
@@123cornflakemanthat’s extremely incorrect.
I don't drink, smoke, or have do anything that sparks degeneration. Life is better without that stuff.

Ive been drinking since 9th grade (my parents raised me right I did bad behind their back) One night me and the boys were at the bar and I stayed there on my own till closing. When I was doing classes for my dui, we had a guy speak. He brought court records and newspaper articles. His story was devastating. He barely drank. Was at his dad’s wake and had 2 scotches. Barely blew over. Did 12 years in jail because, while he was stopped at a red light, someone on a motorcycle either wasn’t paying attention or lost control and rear ended him - while the guy was stopped. The motorcycle driver died and the speaker automatically got manslaughter because he was legally impaired. Why even take the chance?
