There is a temporary glue that will hold the threads. There is a permanent and a semi permanent…I’d use the semi, you can still disassemble it and on the underside I’d add a rubber washer so that if the load on the glass is uneven the threads wont stress the glass

Love the design concept ! But what can be done about the air bubbles (bumps) in the larger pieces? A bubble squeeze maybe ?
Personally, I like the bubbles and I thought I had added advice on removing the bubbles but I never hit record! You can always add a thin layer of transparent powder between the two layers in order to avoid the bubbles.
