Okay, so the show is about a stalker who harrassed a man for several years and went to jail, and thus was kept anonymous in the show. This woman allegedly never stalked, harrassed or sexually assaulted anyone or went to jail and is not named in the show... so why would she confirm it was her??? It's either about you or it isn't!
Well that's a little bit of a cop out to be honest, there are glaring similarities in that she met Richard in the bar, has the toy reindeer story and the "hanging her curtains" joke. The stalking article in the show being almost identical to the real article also ties her and Martha together not to mention how similar her and Martha are just in general. As much as I think she's obviously lying here and probably did alot of what was portrayed in the show, I don't think it's fair to say her acknowledging herself as Martha after being "exposed" as Martha by people who viewed the show is somehow her also acknowledging she's guilty.
Some of her old tweets were found specifically tagging the writer and making the hanging curtains joke, so it was already kind of established that it is her.
