I really appreciate this video. In most cases, companies don’t have videos about customer success positions within the company. Before I apply to roll, I like to try and get as much understanding about the role as possible. In many cases, in regards to customer success team, major companies similar to adobe, have more information about technical rolls versus rolls that have to deal with the frontline and face of the company. Even more so when it comes to the interview process. Overall, this was a good yet brief video about the customer success team. Hopefully I could bring my skills and personality to the customer success team at Adobe if a role opens up in the future.
