Maybe i'm wrong but i would really say they just look into gamecode for that. Yeah. Wrong warping to the credits is cute, but as a spectator, only interesting the first time. You're not watching someone play the game, but better than you can by 1000%; you're watching someone play by a whole different set of rules.
I literally just finished this game again yesterday bc I can’t wait for EoW. I almost forgot how short this game is and at the same time being so great and almost hilarious.

Great content, I played og Link's awakening as a child, one of my favorite games. I can't afford to play incoming zelda game so I will probably watch all your echoes of wisdom content.
Finding out that even top runners struggle with late game bosses and the final boss kind of makes me feel less bad about it happening to me lol. Just beat the game again, last time was three years ago, and genuinely couldn’t believe how much I was dying to the final boss despite having max health, fairies, and Tracy’s medicine. Very cool route! I recently watched some glitch videos of this game and was surprised to see no hinox warp, but there's still plenty of broken tricks. Screen warp, superswimming, and the doghouse glitch are all insanely busted allowing the game to be beaten in a few minutes, or less if used to perform ACE. Also the tunic glitch in DX is pretty cool even if it's not game breaking.
man I played this game on the Gameboy and I'm getting nostalgiaflashed so hard on this, everything feels so familiar and when looking at the 3d sprites I'm seeing the 2d versions of them in my head xD
The route for Echoes of Wisdom is going to change so much with the amount of creativity you can use with the items…or they are going to use the same few items after glitching to getting them early.

Considering the fact that it seems like very little is "out of bounds" from the previews, EoW is gonna be interesting to see speedruns for. Imagine not needing to do the movement with the Cucco to get on the trees, it's just...possible.
However it seems with the Echos Mecanics the Game expects you to get on top of things with things like bed stairs shown in the trailer. So they seem to be embracing the engine quirks and putting them as part of expected gameplay. This would mean though they will have bigger barriers to stop you bypassing progression or will have it close to BOTW/TOTK or Link Between Worlds where you can tackle things in the order you choose.
