We are visiting the beautiful Del Webb community of Oasis in Winter Garden. We will tour two models (Pulte is the builder). One is a villa called the Elmwood and the second is the Mystique Grand. We will discuss prices, HOA fees, amenities, and proximity to Disney. The 12,000 square foot amenity center is not quite ready yet.
