Прекрасный, Великолепный, изумительный. Нет слов чтобы выразить восторг от исполняемых им произведений! От всей души благодарю, спасибо за удовольствия-слушать в Вашем исполнении многие произведения.
I could listen to this recording of the cello sonata a thousand times and never tire of it
I agree. I love when Boris plays in the treble area while the cello descends to the lower notes. And indeed goes down one whole octave. Indescribably gorgeous.
What is the name of this cello sonata?
Rachmaninoff - Sonata for Cello and Piano, Op. 19, 3rd movement
his Scriabin is so different, sumptuous and lyrical, from Richter or Horowitz, even catches moments of tenderness, unforgettable.
Many thanks for the good point!
Indeed. And often v., v. beautiful. But in places uncomfortably bit rushed? E.g., the arpeggiations and generally the spacing in the left hand nocturne? (Perhaps it's just my ears!)
MegaPetrof ...I agree with your assessment. I believe the main criticism in his performances is that he often rushes. The same has been said of Argerich and it certainly hasn’t hurt her career!
@@orlandocfi I think if there is one composer who’s work fits encourages a very spirited rubato it is maestro Scriabin.
Невероянтная текучесть!
Высший пилотаж!
+ безупречность
Beautiful Scriabin! 07:47 Op. 65-3
SUPER!!
Elena, could you please listen to this th-cam.com/video/lMOwHK4fsPU/w-d-xo.html and tell me the title of the last(=third) encore? (cause I don't understand Russian and cannot identify that piece, either.)
last encore is romance, AK and BB pays a tribute to Dmitri Hvorostovsky - he died 22 november 2017
MrsElenaEugenia Thank you! Is the composer Brahms??
Yes, Brahms. She says only Brahms, romance...
MrsElenaEugenia Thanks!!
Безупречное исполнение!!! Браво!!!!
Desafiante en su presentación personal, pero brillante en su ejecución...!
Is someone in the audience dying at the end of Rach’s prelude in b minor?
RAGE AS RENOWNED RUSSIAN PIANIST CALLS FOR KYIV TO BE SHUT DOWN
March 14, 2022
Among other appalling statements, he urges the military to cut off electricity from Kyiv.
A military officer on the programme says, ‘that would create a humanitarian catastrophe’.
Berezovsky does not seem bothered.
