Lol wtf, i used to be assistant chef at meat and bread at the Abbotsford test kitchen. I thought i was tripping when i saw their logo's, so random they have an austin location now considering its based out of Vancouver. Very good company that gives you a tonne of creative freedom as a cook. Sucks the test kitchen wasnt popular and went under. But so cool seeing streamers i follow working there. I still have those t-shirts they're wearing. Also what they're going through in this video is no joke, you are the cook and the server when you work there. Edit: I still have their porchetta recipe, but cant say.. signed an NDA (literally) Edit: Edit: but i can say their salsa verde is mostly parsley and corriander seed. If theres employees looking at this... yeah i still remember mbtestkitchen Edit: Edit: Edit: if you ever go there, get their the meatball grilled cheese, it was an off menu item, not sure if they still let people do it, but shit is fire

this is so relatable as someone who worked in many famous restaurants before 20:02 - 20:34 , the more stressed & tired you are the more the orders increase especially if the restaurant cares a lot about food safety and wants to achieve 0 complains per month no matter what it can get super stressful, usually the team starts talking shit to each other and make fun of the customers inside the kitchen while working (just for laughs to keep the energy flowing otherwise we might die lol) i have huge respect for restaurants workers.
Big credit to the owner. With how busy they got he was really patient with everyone. Im sure its mainly because he knew how many eyes would be on this but I know I would have been nervous. They have great attitudes but it would only be a one day job most places.
