I bought "Hot Ramen" a few days ago, im so happy i did not go with the "Extra extra hot ramen" that they had. I like spicey food but the "normal" hot one had my lips burning for like 30 minutes. It was super delicious.
I once had extra spicy Korean noodles that people used in challenges. It was so bad that after I started eating I stopped to wash who bowl under water and it was still so bad that I was shaking and all I was thinking was pain. Ice cream helped until it ended and pain returned like 2x times worse I thought I was gonna die

The base for gumbo is called a 'rue' which is a similar process for making a good gravy. We made Gumbo several weeks ago and we made it the traditional way. True Cajun Gumbo does not mix seafood or shrimp with the chicken and andouille sausage as the sausage tends to overpower the flavor of the seafood. You either make a chicken and sausage Gumbo or an all-seafood Gumbo. In Guatemala we make a seafood stew similar to a Seafood Gumbo. We made a chicken and andouille sausage Gumbo and it took team work to make it right. A dark chocolate reddish-brown colored rue can also be used to make jambalaya, Dirty rice, and other Cajun and Creole dishes that are typical to Louisiana, as well.
Love how she says chili on spaghetti is weird but she’s from Nebraska where I’m pretty sure they put chili on cinnamon buns. Not saying it’s not good, I’ve tried it and it’s actually good. Latin american people generally don't actually like much spice as much as people seem to think, but that man intentionally lied to you as well. Cream-based sauces are never very spicy, because you have to find a pretty delicate flavor balance with them for them to be any good.
