Hunted that exact area 3 different years for 2 weeks each time and constantly close to birds and finally made it happen the spring of 2021. The birds in that area for some reason either don't have beards at all or very dinky Jake looking beards if they do have one. Love that area though and gonna go back with my dog in the fall for some Upland hunting.

Right on! We saw a lot of mule deer, not many white tails but that was spring.
