My Brain Cancer, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy Update

- Having a Brain Tumour at 21 is rare, fascinating, (but also downright sucks). Take it from me! I've created this mini-series called the Brain Tumour Diaries to talk about some of the peculiar things that I'm going through: because most of the time, as shitty as it is.. It's pretty interesting! I hope that sharing my story can accomplish two things: one, reassure those of you out there going through something similar that you're not alone! As that's what I felt when I first found out. Two: I hope to slowly build a video series of all the information I learned on this journey to create an Open Access hub of advice and experience to help anyone that might need that information for comfort or action.
(Sorry if I sound nasaly: I had a cold. Chemo = Low immune system)

Just came across your video and wanted to say that I'm going through the same thing. GBM in my right frontal lobe. It's almost my one year anniversary of surgery! I have an MRI tomorrow and hopefully the results come back looking good!
Yeah my head looked ridiculous before I shaved it all when I was doing radiation. Looked like Hulk Hogan with nothing on top and hair in the back...But beanies made it all fine! Good luck with your chemo!

Hi, I have Brain Cancer As well, I appreciate you making this video. It is a tough disease to have some days are really tough and most ppl don't understand why your down in the dumps so its nice to see im not alone. I hope everything gets better for you though!

Thanks for sharing. I've had an aneurysm treated recently along with a blood/autoimmune disease I was born with that'separate and chronic. I really appreciate your candor and your ability to become a support to others. I hope you continue to improve and stay kind, strong, and optimistic. Thanks again!

Thank you for posting as I worry about you (I am old enough to be your Mum so the maternal instinct kicks in). You sound as if you are getting the best care you can and I'm always delighted to see you making the most of your time between treatments, although your normality is probably a bit off kilter at the moment. Keep going for it and if the power of prayer really does work I'm defo doing my best to help!

Did Rads & Chemo too. Couldn’t do the big chop. Lost a bunch similar to you and do my best to work with what’s left... lol

Ill pray for you hope you can get back to your life and live peaceful and be cancer free ive been threw 2 brain surgerys and im due for kemo and radiation few weeks i have 3rd stage brain tumor it grew back during my time healing the first time thats why i needed two surgery my kemo and radiation is 30 days straight im only 26 this is not what we need hope you feel better god bless.
