Juniper Dunes. It’s a Wilderness Area open to the public certain times of year. The sand comes from reworking of Ice-Age flood deposits (located to the southwest) over the last 14,000 years!
There was a comment above on the location, which I didn't mention in the video. The North area is open March, April, and May. The south end allows off road vehicles.
