Eomeoni is always graceful and classy even when she's cooking with wood fire. Abeoji as usual is a reliable handyman. I hope future generations can still experience having parents like this. What a wonderful memory they must have.
Without a doubt, I can see your everyday living is full of joy and contented of what you have. Simple and humble, you quite adapt to Filipinos' way of living. Do you even eat our staple food . I'm surprised both of you are walang "ka-arte arte, walang kiyeme" . Thank you for choosing the Philippines as a second home away from home. It reminds me when I grow up in the province of Negros Oriental. As I'm getting old too now. I miss my hometown, the simple life that we had. It's priceless. Just enjoy the moment the way you lived. It's pure joy to watch your vlog. Stay safe, be well, and take care out there. God bless you both.
I’ve been asking myself why I’m always drawn to this K-couple’s vlogs whenever I see them on TH-cam. The lady reminded of my previous coworker who retired. And her husband reminded me of my coworker’s husband (who sadly passed on). Little did I know (recently) that they were missionaries. No wonder there’s so much peace and humility between the two of them. God does bless and protect His children. God Bless you K-couple and your family. 🙏
I really dont know why I am addicted to 언니 and Kuya. They radiate happiness. I never liked pinakbet due to loads of veggies. i only like the meat 😂. But i would like to try authentic pinakbet.
Your videos put smile on my face and makes me crave filipino foods. I miss filipino foods. It's hard to find ingredients for filipino foods here from where I am now.
I always enjoy watching your videos. So real,so true, so natural, so home, and the video quality is really really top class, digital but like like classic, almost look like 80s filipino movies
Thank you for having ilocano representation. I am an Ilokano and pinakbet is our main delicacy. You should try to add bagnet meat, perfect for pinakbet.
That's yummy yummy Pinakbet. An Ilocano veggie dish. It's best cooked in fermented salted fish, called Bagoong. I think I saw you putting salted little Anchovies? Really looks yummy. You are also eating Lanzones and Rambutan. Those exotic fruits are very yummy. It's very expensive to buy them here abroad. Thanks for sharing your yummy vlogs. Take care and more videos to share.❤❤❤
Hello my friends and thank you for sharing another delicious recipe for mint flavour and so healthy. I love watching you guys cook together and help each other and sit down on the table and meet together. It looks so cute. Thank you for sharing. Enjoy your day and God bless.🙏😋💕🌏
pinakbet is also my favorite 😢 why 😅 all my favorite 😮always makes me drooling 😋 also I want to 👏🏼 for using the native Sandok and real fire brings back memories growing up helping at my Lola’s kitchen.. happy days 😊 thank you for sharing your experience and embracing the🇵🇭 mabuhay!
that is my favorite ulam..❤❤❤ i miss my unni everytime i watch your video..she is living in korea now..i grew up eating korean foods because of my unni..❤
There are actually two popular vesions of this dish: real "pinakbet" of Ilocos region with sweet potato and thick sauce. This is the more popular all across the Philippines, called "dinengdeng". I suggest putting the egg plants the last because they're the quickest to cook. Also, allow the squash to "melt" a bit into the sauce. The sweetish taste and pale yellow color will give the sauce a good mix of sweet flavor. One last thing; lightly fried samgyupsal and shrimp will elevate the dish if you don't want pure vegan version of "dinengdeng".
Pinagsasabi mo. One pot method ang pinakbet walang gisa gisa. Tsaka walang kamote ang pinakbet kasi di naman nag-shrunk iyon. Traditionally walang kalabasa ang pinakbet.
I have to say that this is the 1st time I am finishing an ad on a video on YT. 😂 I just hope it helps your channel. I'll be binge watching your videos today and will wait for your upcoming vids. It's so calming. ❤❤❤❤
I so love this couple. I can honestly say that i love all the videos and I'm looking forward for more. It's always a mystery to me where exactly in the Philippines is this? 😊
Here in korea when I cook pinakbet I just boil small amount of water with doenjang( soybean paste) then put my vegetables including the onions, and garlic last when its almost done. Then I sprinkle sesame seeds.
Love your vlogs, very nice that you know how to cook pinoy foods, I hope you cook more filipino food, by the way, I love korean food also, especially kimchie, i always make a pancake out of kimchie, , i wish you can also cook korean food together with our own dishes , thank you so much for your videos it is entertaining to watch.
Originally pinakbet is not sautéed, it is boiled in a clay pot with all the ingredients in it. But if sautéing, you should always sauté it with tomatoes and put string beans always at last since string beans and okra are the fastest to cook. You can also add meat to your pinakbet and try using bagoong isda ( ginamos) instead of dayok (alamang) and add some green chilis and ginger
amazing nice sharing
