Does any other states besides Oregon have an app for their phones to be able to scan tickets before taking them in? Also does any other state do a second chance drawing with losing tickets?

Iv gotten the 50, 75, 100 is the one I usually get, but my two biggest wins were $300 on the first ticket of the pack a month ago and just recently got $250, which are both outliers. I never got the $500 on this one and for a $50 ticket, it has tough odds of getting a 1k claimer...still like the ticket tho

Ticket buyers never notice that there are millions of those same tickets out there in different stores.. and out of the million tickets only 3 or 4 top winners out of the million ticket buyers are literally losers of just winning $1 to $1000 dollars .. the lottery ticket makers make more times their money back before a 4 top jackpot ticket prize claim winners .. the lottery commissioners will make sure the make tons of profits before releasing those 4 top winning prizes
Wednesday was a good win but today I started off with $300 and went home with $90 😢 I didn't win. Anything and now I regret playing, I was looking for a $500 win but nope, nothing. I was extremely disappointed on these tickets today
I hate it how they can put a $1 amount on a winning spot when the ticket cost more then that as it is. They do that here in Oregon. Do they do that in other states as well? Like I hit a 5x the other day on a $5 ticket and it had a $1 under there. I remember when they always at least had the amount of what you paid for the ticket on any win. It’s so annoying’!
