I'm here for the same reason. I love Pete have loved DOA since back in the day and listen to them a lot. But I have to say, and it's quite funny in a way, but I think the book is just a lot of lies mixed with very little truth.
Pete just says what he thinks, you might not agree with him, but he certainly makes an impact on your mind, he was arresting in appearance and his um burns. Natalie Imbruglia does not look like a man she's a pretty woman, but she is boyish, especially when she had short hair. But we all think differently, it's just that Pete has the cojones to say what's running in his mind commentary, although that has got me in hot water sometimes!
Do you want to know why people like Pete are never happy? Why this entire 'community' of people are never happy? Because they demand that the rest of us give a damn about how they look. We don't. He doesn't present himself the way he likes to be seen (like all of us), he actually believes that he is punishing us by being so 'extreme', because we are not paying attention to him. Or, not enough attention. Basically, he's a child. A narsistic-megalomaniac mentally ill child. He's gone now, and that's a shame. I doubt he made it 24 hours as a happy and content man. I feel sorry for him.
PETE BURNS IS AGING IN REVERSE!!! he looks amazing here but his surgery has mafe him more beautiful. style is impeccable. natalie Imbruglia looks like a man! amen!

nwlman I totally agree, but Spin Me was the only record of Dead or Alive that was well known in the U.K. They a lot more success in America and Japan
