- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new around the house happenings video! It's a hodge podge of what I did that day, just a normal day in the life of being a mom. Those arm muscles are really starting to pop, Kim. Don't ever give up on your journey to health and wellness. As a 63 year old grandma, mother and wife, I have made my health my top priority because I'm worth it and if you can't take care of yourself, how on earth can you take care of anyone else? Great video!

Just have to say thank you! As a 59 year old newly single (after 21+years - not my idea!), childless (also not my idea/decision) disabled woman I don't feel I have much happy in my life these days .... however .... I can always count on you darlin' .... I just love your videos! I watch them and feel like I'm spending time with a dear friend! You make me smile, laugh and overall just feel good!
So - again- I just really want to thank you for always adding 'a little happy to my day!'

Have you ever thought to volunteer to hold NICU babies? Assuming your disability still allows you to go to a hospital (germs and all that). Most hospitals have a volunteer staff to hold, feed, and change the babies who need extra care. The extra touch also helps babies produce growth hormone, so they can stabilize faster.

We called that jello cake in the 80s . That was a go to dessert. We loved that dessert. Thanks for the memories once again Kim.
We didn't have good strawberry available as much back then or now in Indiana as you do in the great state of Florida.

Thanks for being you. You will never know how much you mean to me. Your positivity is refreshing. My mom parsed away 2 weeks ago. She’s had cancer for 20 years and didn’t tell anyone. My head is spinning, up and down emotions. You mentioned a few videos ago how last month you had been in tears, that’s how my days are this month. One min I’m ok and the next I’m in tears.

I’m in the process of declutterering/cleaning my son’s playroom. I need all the help I can get! So far I’ve gotten rid of two trash bags of straight up trash, McDonald’s toys and random junk from birthday parties. It feels good.
I have separate zipper bags for our diaper bag. There are 5 different ones that help contain the stuff that goes together: Diapers/Wipes, Clothes, Ointments, Snacks, Mom Items. They have helped so much with keeping it easy to get stuff out fast.

Kim thanks for liking my Instagram this morning. I watch you every day. If I have seen it I go backwards to something I haven’t. I am 67 and can’t walk now without my walker because I have fallen too much. But you make me feel young and I raised 4 children so I know sometimes how you feel. Do that cake 2 layers one with red jello one with green jello put together with cool whip topping and you have a Christmas cake. I add sprinkles to the outside of it and it is always a crowd pleaser.

Hey Kim, I have a gluten allergy and someone told me to try sprouted wheat bread, at prices being crazy for gluten free bread I looked. Then I found Dave's killer bread, sprouted grain and seeds, its half the price, organic and sits in my stomach better than anything!!

Kim, use vanilla extract for sunburns. It keeps your tan but takes away the burn. My family has done it for years, and it really works!

I agree 110% with essentsial oils! I can't stand hearing they change everything, no they don't. Only one that does help is the mint for headaches. Other than that I use for scent only. You are the REALEST mom out there. All these other u tube families bug me. The perfect little life, buy this buy that, hair extensions, boob jobs etc.... they r so fake. You and your family are perfect and real in my eyes. You are naturally beautiful and I appreciate all you do from a mom to a mom!!

I love the way certain essential oils smell & have had some neat experiences with certain oils that have really helped my family & myself. I know every body is different but, frankincense helped my parents with their pain & oregano has been great for keeping sickness at bay for the family. My oldest had a plantar wart and oregano helped pull it out when the doctor froze it and it didn’t go away. Again, every one is different 🤗 I’m super sensitive to medications even over the counter & certain oils totally help my sinuses etc. And, no I don’t sell them lol just have had good experiences.
Applied topically? I don't have *real* frankincense but I'll tell you I *have* noticed a real difference in YL oils vs other brands like the edens garden I buy. The YL seem to have more of a punch, like they're stronger!
Alsooooo Oregano oil, we have that and use it on skin - one of my kiddos has some skin issue and we didn't see a difference, but - again, could be because of brand
I am also super sensitive to medications! Which oils help with your sinuses because I will def. give those a GO!

YES!!! Avalina is getting so old I can barely believe it! Puts things into perspective when I stare at Wolfgang knowing how FAST 12 years goes by!
I wanted to warn you.. I had mastitis after having my twins and trying to breast feed them and I almost died because it went to my blood stream and was so close to my heart… Please be careful with mastitis and get checked by your doctor! I love watching all your videos!! It makes me happy because you are so uplifting and fun!

Itzy Ritzy Diaper bag is my all time favorite. I have used sooooooo many....too many. I travel with kids and out and about with multiples a lot. The itty Ritzy is heavenly. it has a hard bottom so you can put it down on the ground without worrying that it will get wet or dirty or fall over. There are soooo many pockets and easily accessible pockets. I wish it had two side water bottle pockets buttt the other is a zipper cooler so its not awful.
What a fun box! Love the quilts you made from the fabrics ❤. I enjoy piecing demos in quilting videos.

There are several diaper bags at buy buy baby with several slots but of course way more expensive. Target has a wristlet double zip wallet by new day that is hands free but holds ton of stuff. I was having the same issue, wanting to be hands free with my newborn. Happy I found it!

Kim, I follow Meghan from Planting Birches and she has started putting fresh produce into glass jars... with the strawberries without washing put into a jar when you get home from shops and they apparently last a while longer.
I bought some strawberries here in Oregon that were from Florida the other day and oh my they are delicious, very impressed hard to beat Oregon strawberries but these were close!😍

You may have been asked for and/or done this already, but I would LOVE a French braid tutorial! I have long hair (not quite as long as yours 😍 and I never know what to do with it! It usually ends up in a mom bun or ponytail of sorts bc kids and cleaning. Your double French braids are beautiful! I end up looking like Laura Ingalls when I try though. 🤣🤣

Awesome job on pump. I may have mentioned already, I just started pump again too a year post total hysterectomy surgery. It's kinda similar having a baby with recovery. I tried going back twice but my muscles were still not ready.

Try to dangle feed or dangle pump. (Ask Alex to help) Massage it out in the shower. Try to point baby’s chin on the lump when nursing. You need to get the milk out! If you have a fever you need antibiotics! If you call your OBGYN with your symptoms they’ll send one over for you! You don’t have to go in 99.9% of the time! Also pick up a probiotic when your at the store! Maybe some yogurt drinks for good measure! Please please please don’t mess around with mastitis!
