You will need to process a money order at the Postal Office. I did mine with Canada Post. Visit any Canada Post and inform them that you'd like to perform a 100 CAD money order to the Nigeria Embassy in Ottawa. They will guide you.

No you don't need to make payment online. You will need to process a money order at the Postal Office. I did mine with Canada Post. Credit cards are not accepted.
