- The Norwich State Hospital opened in 1904 and operated until 1996. At its peak in the 1950s, the hospital housed over 3,000 patients.
So many people lived and died within these walls that even skeptics would admit there could be spirits here.
Paranormal investigators reported a great deal of ghostly activity throughout the facility, particularly in these tunnels. The television series "Ghost Hunters" visited in 2010.

Hey everyone this is all 3 of my Norwich State Hospital ghost Investigations put into 1 full movie . There are some people who only seen the recent one or maybe only the first one so I wanted to make a full movie out of them so everyone can see them all!
That's where my grandfather was sent when he had dementia. He asked for me over and over and when I was brought to see him he didn't know who I was. I loved him so much. I have no doubt the place is consumed by lost and confused entities. Thank you for sharing this video.
I find it strange that everybody wants to talk to the spirits. Yet once they do communicate with you, they are ignored. "I had a good life". . . No following questions, just "Yeah alright!" then "Come on lets go to the basement!" There has got to be more, like if it took that long for someone to be comfortable to talk to you just have a real conversations. Just 3 or 4 questions like who they were, employee, patient, relative, friend of. .. Seth does communicate with the spirits as much as he can, totally awesome respecting them big time.
If you guys want to do a real interview, rather than talking to a static box, There are patients and workers who used to go here whom are still alive and well

I love the way you do the EVP’s in your videos. I get annoyed with other channels wasting 10 minutes of asking questions and then we have to listen to 10 minutes of review. Your way is efficient and more viewer friendly. Nice job

I grew up in Connecticut and, with my mom, lived in one of the buildings at Norwich State Hospital when it was a battered woman's shelter. That place is DEFINITELY haunted. I can tell you from personal experience!
