My husband had tried all day to connect the device using the instructions to no avail. I was able to get started with your initial instructions. Once i connected I was able to follow the remaining instructions on the computer screen. A few thing I would add: 1) make sure the internet connection light is blinking while you are trying to connect the device. Now test the connection further. Thank you!

Great video this is exactly what I was looking for 👌, my router in in my living room (front of house) but I want a WiFi security camera to mount in my back garden to keep an eye on my car but as soon as I step out the back door I loose wifi on my phone, but wasn't sure if 1 of these would work plugged in in my kitchen so I could get signal at a camara down my garden (about 15-20ft), nice to see your doing the same but getting a massive 60ft range, I'm thinking this well definitely work for my needs 👌

While its in the socket, can you just connect it to your PC or laptop through ethernet cable in order for it to work? Also will it work when your main modem is off?

I recently purchased an identical item for £49.99, the packaging was different but the instructions were the same as in your video. The product was nothing but trouble as it kept losing my internet connection. I have emailed the vendors asking for a refund.

Just bought one Roy, sadly have to get adaptor as its US 2 pin 😠 so ordered adaptor plug...so have to wait a bit longer... the wifi in my house just does not seem to stretch to my lounge .. Did you say it needs to be plugged in next to my router or can I plug in my hallway opposite my lounge? X PS...just finished getting connected with this item...all set up and plugged in my lounge and it's excellent, definitely recommend......I found adaptor plug bottom of the box !!durrr!! Great demo Roy,So I'd like to know if you had 2 repeaters are you able to connect another repeater to bridge the extension further, for eg, Repeater A is connected with ethernet cable as an AP, then setup Repeater B to boost the signal twice if you follow? I am trying to get WiFi but I don't know why some devices pick it up some don't, I'm over 60ft across the road lol
Thank you. Your video was useful; I was just curious to see the effect on the Internet speed because in another similar video, the extender/booster actually caused the speed to decrease, which, to me, it defeats the whole purpose of using such devices.
My before was 130 mps and after, ue through the repeater the speed dropped to a out 20 mps. Do t think that this will increase or retain the router speed, despite the advertisement it definitely does not

plug it near your router at first so it connects to your wifi and set it up then you can move it to where you need it
