Well done Harry, I hope he's continuing to improve. I've mad massive gains realigning from scoliosis using Alexander Technique and it's so very sad it's not taught at schools, or at least wasn't with me. I've had six GP's and now don't have any because they've been about as useful as an ice-cream spoon, the little plastic ones. I'm really starting to get a notion about where my body can go too. So I hope Harry's having a lovely new year and the same to you Adrian.

@@AdrianFarrell You're welcome, I'm still learning and ironing out some really klunky ruckles in my left shoulder, getting somewhat looser in my right hams and left flank(back). Shoulders are loose, necks loose, thoughts are clearer... Just learning all the way. Happy New Year!
