Cum sa previ condensul la termopane

Cum sa previ condensul la termopane este intrebarea pusa de noi atunci cand avem geamuri aburite sau condens la termopane ! Cum sa previ condensul la termopane si sa avem confort in incaperi , sunt cateva lucruri care trebuie avut grija , adica aerisire zilnica intre 30-60 minute , indepartare surse de umiditate si calitatea ferestrelor PVC !

Centralele pe gaz nu degaja constant caldura... Merg 15 minute si pe urma pauza 2..3 ore.. Aeru cald si curenti de aer.. Constanti.. si uniformi.. (nu numai la partea de sus la tavan) ❗reduc condensu si umiditatea.. ❗

Salut tuturor! Vin cu o parere puteti monta singuri gila de ventilatie pe geamurile termopan. Ma confrunt cu această problemă condensul. Si o să montez pe mai multe geamuri din casă grila de ventilatie.

Hai sa nu mai traim.... cam asa ar suna... in majoritatea greselilor, proprietarul e devina... dar de lipsa materialelor si (garnituri, membrane, etc) sau pozitionarea proasta a gaurilor de "ventilatie" etc, montarea proasta si fara logica... exemple sunt multe, doar un meserias le-ar sti detalia pe toate, nu mai dati vina pe clienti... clientul nu poate astista la intregul proces de fabricare, nu are de unde sti daca s-au adaugat sau nu materialele necesare sau nu, conform detaliilor tenhnice etc...(uni nu baga armatura, sau baga foarte slaba in loc de 2 sau 3 mm ei baca de 1mm sau deloc)) , sau sunt adaugate doar pe factura. No hate, si nu ma refer la tine, ca si tu poate esti client, meserias sau proprietar(cel care comanda produsul finit )si il montezi la proprietar

Daca condenseaza in continuare , nu aveti rolete trase sau altceva care sa blocheze fereastra , ramane sticla defecta sau montaj necorespunzator 👍👍👍

Salut , sunt aparate speciale , nu le gasesti in comert , firmele producatoare au , condensul nu indica neaparat lipsa argonului , sunt multe alte cauze spritre care si lipsa argonului 👍

Îți mulțumesc pentru răspuns! Daca la un tripan m-a păcălit producătorul și nu este argon mă întreb dacă este diferență mare cu argon sau fara. (As vrea sa îmi explici tehnic daca sunt pierderi mari de căldură fără)
Condensul îl am dimineața când umiditatea urca la 58-59 la sută.

Daca este tripan pachetul , de obicei aceste sticle au argon , in procentaj real nu am cum sa stiu exact cat la suta ajuta sau nu , variaza in functie de multi factori , umiditatea trebuie mentinuta in zona de 50 %

A fost montata și banda de etansare pentru ferestre? Ori înainte de montaj, pe rama ferestrei ori după montaj, pe tâmplărie și construcție? Întreb pentru ca și eu ma confrunt cu aceasi situatie, am schimbat și geamul și degeaba. Ulterior am tot urmărit etanșeitate ferestrelor și am observat ca înainte și in prezent nu am avut pusa banda.

Nu a fost pusa banda de etansare , nu are prea mult de a face cu banda , si la geamurile cu banda tot cam asa e , daca e sursa de umezeala ea se depune pe sticla , e drept ca e ceva mai redus cu banda , dar umezeala din camera daca e sa se depuna , pe sticla o face👍trebuie mentinuta sub 50%
