Cheers for the video helped me alot, only difference on the pre face lift there isnt a bolt where the shell meets the bumper its an annoying push rivet, I assume they changed after the facelift because they realised how shite they are!

I had this problem, removed lights and all torx bolts to fit a reverse camera, but I couldn't see any where the bumper meets the body. Gave up and put it all back together 🤬

Top tip, buy a set of replacement screws before you start the job. They’re dirt cheap on places like eBay, even for genuine VAG parts. If the car is a few years old aside from rusty exposed screws it’s entirely possible there will be a few missing where careless mechanics have lost them.

Hi Robert, I’m pretty sure that’s just what the facelift models come with but otherwise this one is an R-Line.
