If they want to turn SummerSlam into WM 2.0 you dont just have Roman appear, you want him in the match. That is why im saying Roman will come back a few weeks before SS and invoke his rematch clause and insert himself into the match causing the first fracture between him ans Solo. Then during the match just as Roman looks like he's about to win Solo pulls him off Cody and it's on. This will lead to the splitting of the Bloodline and facing off at Survivor Series.
Dave Meltzer has been wrong recently SO MANY TIMES that if I'm given the choice of believing a rumor from him, or literally just watching Clash At The Castle where Randy Orton is clearly side eyeing Cody's WWE title, I'm gonna go with the evidence of my eyes.
I think Orton turning doesn’t happen in one and a half month. That will play out over time. Maybe SS, RR or WM.

I would like to see a respectful challenge. Randy has turned on people Sooo much. Also I've been wanting him to stay face for awhile, and when he was with Riddle I wanted Riddle to turn on him.
Side note I will always be sad about that, Riddle and Randy had such great chemistry and you could tell Randy was having so much fun, more than any time I can remember seeing with him. And I think the matches would've been amazing and he would've made Riddle look like a beast! And especially if he toned down the pothead stuff and been a serious version of that. What a shame.

Simon, Jacob fatu needs to join the old bloodline as an enforcer. Solo vs Jacob. That's the key to not having one over the other. It allows them both to shine if you make them butt heads. so now it's the lows and solo vs the sons of rikishi(fatu) jimmy jey and jacob

Solo has gotten plenty of spotlight lately. I just don’t think he has “it” just yet and pairing him with 3 other guys that are better than him is not helping either.
What if it’s Roman and the Usos, Sami Zayn as the honorary Uce because everybody would love that and the Bloodline would come full circle, and Seth Rollins as the 5th guy to bring his and Roman’s story full circle? Roman finally forgives Seth and Seth gets his chance to repent for betraying Roman 10 years ago. That would be amazing. And Roman could wear Bloodline-Shield fusion gear with the tactical vest.
That would free up Cody to feud with Orton and the Rock. And the WWE title wouldn’t have to be wrapped up in the Bloodline vs Bloodline match.

Meltzer also speculated weeks ago that Cody vs AJ would happen at MITB, not at Clash in Glasgow so I'm not totally convinced that Cody vs Solo is the match for SummerSlam, as of right now. Personally, I would much rather see it at MITB and then have Cody vs Randy at SummerSlam, which seems like a no brainer.
Solo vs Cody is going to set up 3 really big storylines that we need for WM41. Solo and Fatu vs Jimmy and Jey, Rock vs Roman and Randy vs Cody.
On top of that LA Knight will win at SummerSlam and go into a massive fued with multiple people including Hayes
That fits around the time Roman and Jimmy are rumored to come back, so it kinda lines up, and Solo needs some main event time under his belt. Don't see him winning that belt but maybe he needs to win the US Championship since I keep forgetting Logan Paul is champion
Not that i'm particularly hating on Joseph Fatu's in ring ability but.. he just seems very clumsy, i understand he's a walking tribute to Edward(Umaga), but i just find him much better as a side character , or a henchman of sorts. Perhaps i just don't enjoy his work and that's okay, he's obviously not terrible because he wouldn't be in the position is he today, but i'm sure he'll have a fine match vs Cody. Everyone was hoping for Randy but, I think i'd rather see a face v face title match between Cody and Randy, they have a great history in and out of the ring, and i'm not sure if Randy even.. wants that top spot and being "the guy", i mean he seems to be having a blast just working with whoever he can. But you just think about the story of Cody vs Randy, Randy being his Mentor back in the day, it basically writes himself, the master and the apprentice. The apprentice eventually surpasses the master.
I hope Simon catches this but smackdown I think hints at Cody starting his own stable and I think it may be Nwo or a new version of it. Think about this, 4 were attacked by the end of the show, a classic attitude era of starting a good guy one and Paul kinda hints towards it also. Roman is supposedly not coming back and he doesn't feel safe with the new false bloodline. Here is the reasons tho I think so. Cordy came to Punks aid with of all things a bat, not just any kind of bat but specifically a black bat like Sting. Now here is the big kicker. Cody could easily be argued to be the next Hogan type of person. Kevin and Randy may as well at this point be a new age Nash n Hall. And Punk has always has his own moral code, might not like it but he has. Just. Like. Sting. Cody was in Aew, hell he help start it. Now NWO could be one but with how Triple H is being and doing such good, DX could also work or... The four horseman also. Could threw AEW has ties with Sting and Anderson, ether one once the contract is up could go to WWE to be a manager. Or ... Given this is also a Paul Haymen year kinda, those 4 have a legacy in wrestling they themselves created. Could easily see an ECW Legacy group with no actual lead, 4 co leaders manage by for the first time, a good guy Paul. It truly was awesome seeing Paul come to the ring and be able to connect with everyone so easily and seemed to almost humanize himself in some way and ender himself even more somehow to the fans. Truly an awesome show with plenty of Easter eggs with those 4. Also, think about this. Raw has 5 'new' members with the Wyatt 6, meaning 5 raw members need to go to smack down, well ... Might be less due to the blood line but would explain why Drew 'quit' yet both him and Punk was on Smackdown while no one said anything about it. Last I checked they was Raw and normally fines are issued. Yet nothing was even said, no big deal was made when normally they do. 🤨🤔🤨

Solo and his Bloodline need that title to establish their credibility and position him as viable when Roman comes back and they battle to be the chief. It's also better (imo) when a heel holds a title and you get the payoff of a face taking them down.

I think Solo has what it takes but he definitely needs to add something else to his repertoire to make him more threatening. Maybe give him a signature weapon like Trips and his sledgehammer or Logan with the knucks since most of his matches end in DQ anyway

Cody already beat solo multiple times before beating Roman. That's the underlying issue with this. But on the other hand, we don't have any better heel options to throw at Cody by summerslam 🤷 I think the Tongans will interfere and Roman will save Cody, so it will be some good story telling.

Mainly cause before Randy was announced to be the final member of war games I was worried that the crowd would chant cm punk just to have someone else come out there. Hot take: LA Knight cannot carry a series of championship programs. He doesn't have the in-ring skill. His moc skills are pretty good, but they are way too dependent on catchphrases (to be clear, nothing wrong with catchphrases as long as they aren't a crutch).
They were dumb to let Solo lose his streak in the first place, he was looking strong and menace but now he just lost the credibility.
Roman comes back and helps Solo win then demands belt from him and Solo gives him the spike. Roman instant Babyface with Usos in War Games.

I think Roman Reigns is THE reason, but I think he is the reason because he was a heel, held the title for so long and wrestled so infrequently that all the other heels on SmackDown are pretty much mid card losers and the only two viable contenders are faces, Orton and Owens.
They can have competition for Cody, but they are going to need time to build them up because otherwise nobody is going to believe somebody who struggles to win a match on the mid card is going to be an actual contender to take the title off Cody.
Roman's music hits but he doesn't come out. We learn Randy was at the controls again and RKO's Cody. Solo goes for the win and Roman's music hits again and actually comes out to make the save. Roman and Cody are now square. Solo is against Roman. Randy is against cody. Eays peasy.

Now if you do the typical bloodline bullshit interference and then Roman comes out with Jimmy and Jey and then try to clear house only to have a new member for Solo debut KO comes out to try and make the save and another member of the bloodline for Solo then Randy comes out to save KO and then rko to Cody out of nowhere to end the show with Roman KO and the usos backing away shocked

Only way this will be interesting in any way is for Reigns to suddenly appear to claim his sit at the head of the table from Solo after failing to win the title. Like, Solo loses (I really doubt Solo would be the one dethroning Cody) Reigns appears and like tells him "Hey I left you on your own to see if you can be the Final Boss and you failed".
I see Roman coming back possible at summerslam to a big pop but then gets his ass kicked by the new bloodline for a time until he builds back up to finally overtake bloodline 2.0

Solo isn't even good, and he doesn't make up for that with size, he is average size for WWE. What does he do in the ring? Punch, kick, headbutt, superkick, splash, and Samoan spike. None of those things require even the tiniest bit of skill. If you have working arms and legs, you can do those things as well as anybody else can. If Solo's dad wasn't who he is, and his brothers weren't who they are, and his cousin not who he is...Solo never would have been given the time of day by WWE.

HHH having one good show all year does not redeem everything. Solo bores me to death. I dont trust WWE to do Wyatt thing flawlessly. They are too out of touch.
