- I quit caffeine just over 1 year ago. In this video I discuss why I gave up, the effect it had on me, how I gave up and the Pros and Cons of giving up. I also discuss a massive unexpected benefit of giving up coffee and I recommend a book that helped me to give up caffeine.

I quit coffee 19 days ago… as 30 day challenge. I miss it still as well I miss the routine of making coffee every day, no exceptions for years and years. I quit the rest of my plant based foods like green tea and mix of grounded pumpkin and flax seeds mixed with yogurt and 2-3 dried plums or apricots. I’m fully carnivore now , I was meat and fat based for last 6 years. Healed a lot of issues. Still left skin and hair issues. Age spots are fading now and hair becomes more manageable and silky. Don’t loose many. I’m 73
Congratulation on the 30 day challenge! I am constantly amazed by how strong the mind and body connection is. Great that we can rewire it though. That is really interesting on going fully carnivore.

Quit sugar, ultra processed foods and seed oils. Black coffee is a magic elixir.
Sugar is possibly the next big one for me.

@@TwoFunGuysPodcast not always. Varies and the process for removal contains harsh chemicals.
It is a point worth considering for sure. The decaf I drink says it removes 99.9% of caffeine and the use the swiss water process (it also says, "100% chemical free") but even at 3% I doubt it would have much effect.
@@CubicleFreeTV Yes, but very few use the Swiss water process. The one you use sounds very good. I drink dandelion tea (bags) and Roobios tea and chickory tea. I feel like I can function as a normal person, for the first time in my life. Even experienced happiness and gratitude. It’s been amazing. The world would be a better place, if people quit poisoning themselves with this awful chemical.
@@spaceengineer1452 Wow - amazing to hear the effect it had on you. I wonder the effect caffeine has on us as a society. I like Roobios and chickory/dandelion as well. I found a blend which mixes chickory and dandelion and it is pretty great.
