I jammed to the great riffs and guitar solos back then and even today as a lot of the times in today's music, bands can't touch the guitar sound or riffs from the 80's! 80's guitar sounds rocked!

Poison wasn't reinventing the wheel, they're just an average band with a great enjoyable "live" show, good songs & average musicians.If you hate drummers that are technical, innovative, & great musicians then I can't change that & that's unfortunate:( While I agree Rikki played according to Poison's needs, my point still remains relevant....

CC Deville was an big inspiration to me as a guitar player. He wasn't the most technical but he came up with some great solos and made guitar fun!
