Cutest bread ever!! Your candle making looks so easy! Definitely a more reasonable price for wonderful scented fall candles!! Question does wax go to the top of water while boiling?

Thanks Grandma! So I put the candle containers in to simmer but did not fill them with water, I just melted the wax and poured it out, so I am not entirely sure. Sorry about that, let me know if it works tho! I imagine it would?
