Onto another new floor and it seems you're presenting a plethora of performances with this video. Nice to see the transformations aren't one-and-done moments; I expected those mechanics to have more than one short burst. 2:13 - The costume ribbon already and in rather plain sight to save. 3:44 - The poor workers… I bet they aren’t even getting a day off for this alien invasion. 5:08 - Another one of my top three favourite costumes in this game. I'm not sure how I'd rank them against each other but Mighty Peach, Cowgirl Peach and Detective Peach are wonderful looks for her. 6:42 - Oh no; the audience! Peach, remember this a stage play; don’t go throwing cars into the stands. 9:44 - An now for a Shoot-em-up (like) section. I know Good Feel may this game but did a HAL employee sneak in. Regardless, awesome to see! I particularly love how you can smack the enemies into one another. 12:30 - Cowgirl right from the get-go! She’s rootin-and-tootin ready for this dusk adventure (wonder if there will be a 3rd nightly level). 13:45 - I see what your summary means; there’s a lot less Sparkles in this second stage as well. 14:50 - First bridges and now trains; Cowgirl Peach level has all the coolest set pieces for her to venture through. They throw quite a lot at you as well. 19:14 - What a persistent boss. Funny that you can give a grunt a train and suddenly he’s a credible threat. 21:53 - Oh gosh; a mind controller zombie invasion. This second Patissiere level took quite a turn. 24:18 - The uneven eyes are hilarious here. You’re making quick work of this cake challenge. 25:54 - To think the solution here would be to deliberately making the cooking explode. 28:08 - Man, this seems to be quite a tough. Who would thought the baking sections would be the hardest part. It’s one of Peach’s fortes. 30:57 - That poor head cook was still never found. 33:59 - Lucky for the Mer-Sour-Bunch that those coconuts merely spooked them. Peach isn’t playing around when she starts tossing coconuts at her enemies. 36:42 - Luckily the whole area conveniently flooded with water at that exact moment. An gosh, Peach is just stealing all the Sparkla roles. She’s going to be putting them out of a job when the theatre realises they could just hire one person (Peach) who can do all these roles. 40:14 - An here I was expecting a rhythm sequence. This puzzle oriented fish manipulation was an unexpected direction. 44:02 - There’s the rhythm gameplay I was expecting. Funny how underutilised the swimming aspect of Peach being a mermaid is here. 49:04 - Ah, so you can dodge those holographic paws with a well-timed jump. It didn’t seem that way at first, but I guess now you’ve got the timing down. 49:54 - Ah, had to get the bomb in the centre as well. When you couldn’t pick up the bomb and it was battered away by the boss’ paw, I was a little confused as to what you were expected to do. 52:10 - An another soul brutally disintegrated. Well done!
As always, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the comments! My favorites are Figure Skater Peach, Patissiere Peach and Mermaid Peach. Oh and I really liked the Ninja and Kung Fu levels. And yes, there is a third stage with Cowgirl Peach in part 9, the last video, at the very beginning, but it's a very short section unfortunately. Ahhh, don't remind me about the uneven eyes on the cake.... I'm sorry, poor cake face, for disfiguring you like that. *sigh* Something happened to me in the third baking stage too, by the way, but it wasn't judged, so all good - I left some kind of sweat drop on the forehead there. Oh and maybe I'm just bad at the baking sections and it's actually really easy. I think the part with the coconuts was my absolute favorite moment in the game. It also kind of reminded me of Little Big Planet and Lemmings 2 because of the beach. The cat boss (Purrjector Cat) was also a bit tricky. But I think it's great that not everything is given to you and you have to figure a few things out for yourself. The game is quite easy, but not so easy that it's not fun.
@@Alicelicious As always, happy to comment on such entertaining videos. Interesting, so we ended up not having a single one match for our favourite costumes. The cake face appeared to be Stella, so think of it more as an on-purpose homage to all those strange video game character sweets that exist.
But I will continue to thank you anyway as I don't want it to come across as a matter of course, I really mean it. Thank you so much! I don't think it's so bad that we don't have a single match to our favorite costumes. It just goes to show that there's a favorite costume for everyone and that there's plenty to choose from. Let me explain: I like Figure Skater Peach because I've always dreamed of being able to skate on ice, which has never worked because I've had no good sense of balance since birth and all attempts by siblings and friends have failed. Apart from that, I love the design of the costume, it's so beautiful. As far as Patissiere Peach is concerned, I particularly like how the mixture of chef's apron and dress works, with puffed sleeves and a plaid skirt whose pattern reminds me of old dresses and typical kitchen towels. It has something familiar and also something completely new about it. As for Mermaid Peach, I already like a lot of sea creatures, especially orcas and dolphins, and am still a fan of Disney's 'The Little Mermaid' and the series 'H2O: Just Add Water', so it comes naturally I guess. Apart from that, the design is successful and with so many illustrations out there already, it's not easy to show a mermaid in an interesting and new way. What about you? Oh and remember that these three are my favorite costumes, which doesn't mean I don't like the others. But how do you like Radiant Peach and Super Radiant Peach? My rating: Heavenly and heavenlier! ;D Oh right! That's obviously Stella as a cake face and I didn't even realize it. Still, I messed it up.
@@Alicelicious The indepth explanation as to why you like each one was a welcomed surprise. For Cowgirl Peach, I've been thinking for a while that a Western lasso focused game would be cool (and I'm a fan of Nintendo's Dillon Rolling Western), so the concept with Peach was naturally appealing. The horned hat is cool and the high brown boot which draws and emphasises the blue of her attire is real nice. Detective Peach has an iconic and recognisable style; you can tell she's a detective straight away. Much like with the Cowgirl attire, they make brown a soft and appealing look. Also the trench-coat with an almost skirt/dress like bottom just looks cool. Mighty Peach is a surprising one. It doesn't immediately scream super hero nor does it seem designed for Peach (it's red rather than pink for instance) but I like the originality of the attire and the cute sci-fi miniskirt to it. The blocky bracelets and how the form the laser blasters are a real cool element. The knee high boots are also awesome. I've not seen Radiant Peach; is that an endgame costume?
I don't know exactly why, but I think it's always important to be able to clearly express why you like or dislike something. Above all, it shows which aspects are important to us that were decisive in favoring something. Many thanks for the detailed explanation! Oh yes, so you transform into Radiant Peach just before the final boss fight and then into Super Radiant Peach for the grand finale.
